The staff are able to send great updates of LOs and which means we then benefit. It’s equally easy enough for us to use our end and feel connected. It’s has great and intuitive functionality. I contacted the support team, and they responded quickly. They didn't give up until they resolved the issue, even contacting me by phone to investigate. Basically we have to login every hour to check for updates. It’s a shame. Could you please add that functionally?? It would certainly help reassure all the parents! ### 2/5 — The daily report summary is misleading *2022-07-05, version 1.0.29* The daily report in some cases says my baby ate a lot of food but when you see the actual portion indicator (pie next to food) it would say quarter portion. I’m not sure how a quarter portion is ‘a lot’. Also I’ve heard complaints from the nursery that sleep logging is causing issues so I’m having to check the manual logs to see how much my baby slept. Creates a bit of panic for the parents tbh. ### 3/5 — app is fine but lacking notifications *2022-06-30, version 1.0.29* The app is ok but I find it should give us notifications when there's something new on the feed, such as photos, meals, etc.. Its very easy to set up, the whole nursery knows how to use it and it qorks just as we need a software to.
