## What is Nursing & Caring Direct HCA?

The NCD work tracker app will be available to personnel engaged with Nursing & Caring Direct NI.  The app enables employees to manage their own work availability, notifies of any compliance documents required and allows completion, approval and submission of online digital timesheet.
