When opening the lessons some videos are not working and some are showing the wrong video for the lesson. Better opening it on the browser but still there are some slight error. In my case since I don’t have a laptop and I’m using an IPAD the drag options is not working. But overall the concepts and lessons they provide are topnotch and great for learning just hoping the errors would be fix. ### 4/5 — Don’t work in IOS 26 *2025-10-09, version 6.6* I love the education of them. But the app doesn’t work in my new iPhone. I still using their website. I hope this will fixed soon! ### 4/5 — Convenient app! *2025-04-25, version 6.6* I loved having quick access to practice questions and lessons with the app. I would recommend using it for studying for school and the NCLEX! ### 4/5 — So amazing don’t regret it but….. *2025-03-26, version 6.6* Okay, so this is such an amazing company truly, and I think the format is easy to follow, way easier than others that felt more overwhelming, and I absolutely love all the resources and how everything is short and straight to the point, but please fix all the mistakes. The quizzes sometimes have wrong answers and don’t allow for you to give that feedback like you can on the practice exams, the app is so incredibly glitchy and not everything is available on the app form, like the Picmonics for example. It also kicks me off a lot and sometimes it won’t even recognize my account and keeps telling me to get a membership right in the middle of studying. Very frustrating. Other than that I absolute adore this company. It has helped me more than nursing school itself. I still recommend it over any other service out there (and I have tried just about every single one if not all, so I do mean that when I say it) for students, NCLEX preparation, and for starting your first nursing job even despite the flaws. ### 3/5 — App or website possible bug *2025-02-16, version 6.6* Even if you are paying, it keeps asking for upgrade. Sometimes it doesn’t look like the account login is registering at all which will result in logging out and logging back in. Sometimes it keeps going back to the home page or it will say error. ### 3/5 — The Study Plan section is irritating. *2025-01-15, version 6.6* On the app, after you start watching a video you added in a study plan, if you hit NEXT, it goes to a totally different video that’s not even included in my study plan. This is very frustrating because I have go back every time just to pick the next video I want to watch from my study plan ### 3/5 — App *2024-12-06, version 6.6* Overall I like the content of Nursing.com! It has tons of great resources (study guides, drug cards, case studies & mnemonics). The website itself is great but the app definitely needs some work…. Every time you open course and click into a topic or open a resource (I.e. cheat sheet etc.) if you try to click back it takes you all the way back to the home screen. Searching also takes a while to load and there are often duplicates of the same topic that display. ### 3/5 — pls make it possible for horizontal screen viewing *2024-09-30, version 6.6* This would be super helpful if you could have the horizontal view on IPads!!! Whether using my phone or iPad I still have issues with glitching and question answers coming up blank. Not to mention the app is quite overwhelming as an NCLEX user. Hope the glitching issues are fixed soon the app is pricey. ### 2/5 — Clinical Skills > Course Material *2023-05-30, version 6.5* If you are looking for help with clinical skills or NCLEX review, this will be more helpful to you. Course work wise, this didn’t line up well with any lectures I had. Part of that is my fault for not spending more of the 3 day trial ensuring my material would match. I would have given this 3-4 stars but the app was frustrating to navigate and took a lot of time to just find the individual topics o needed. Videos can be placed on a study plan playlist, but I could not find an option to have playlists for individual classes. I could only find the extra study materials on the website, I’m not sure if they’re on the app. It’s not to say I don’t think this app or it’s materials can be helpful, but personally it did not help me with what I was looking for. I wound up finding another program that lined up with what I needed and with an app that was easier to navigate. I wanted lecture supplement material but this was more of clinical and NCLEX review. ### 2/5 — Could be great *2023-03-29, version 6.3.3* App would be great except it logs you out every time you close it .. tried to use this but it’s just silly to be logged out every single time I close it .. had to go with another company ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Beware of cancelling subscription *2026-02-20, version 7.1* After having paid for a subscription, I have not been able to cancel after I am done with them and they keep billing my account. All they have for customer support is an email that they will not respond to. I had to talk to my bank to cancel the unwanted transaction. Go with another company to avoid the hassle! ### 1/5 — Mobile app doesn’t work *2026-01-05, version 7.1* Nursing Practice Questions are not generating. When I attempted to use on my ipad, the “draw” or “match” option to answer questions was not working. Please fix the bugs. Such great information and features but not able to access them. :( ### 1/5 — Buggiest App EVER *2024-06-10, version 6.6* On the iPad, you can’t take the SIMCLEX. On the iPhone, the whole app just crashes if you try to do really anything. Definitely regret this purchase, because I have to jump through so many hoops to use the product. ### 1/5 — Not Satisfied Unfortunately *2024-04-26, version 6.5* First off, I found so many typos. Some of the answers do not have rationales. For the ones that should have in depth rationales the rationales are short. The app keeps crashing when I try to use the study tool and when I’m try to utilize my study plan. I WOULD NOT recommend this app for passing NCLEX. I requested a refund because I’m not satisfied with this product. I have yet to see it…..I hate to say it but DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, had I known their political and social stance, I would have NEVER subscribed. ### 1/5 — Run around *2023-04-30, version 6.4* I was charged the monthly fee and can’t access my account and it continuously asks to start a trial. I’ve contacted the company and it takes weeks for someone to get back to me and once I reply with my information they never get back to me. I’ve contacted them twice and nothing. It’s the same run around. This is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — The app is too slow *2023-02-17, version 6.3.1* The app is not recommended for mobile use. It’s designed for desktop. The desktop version is too slow as well. ### 1/5 — App is buggy *2023-01-10, version 6.2.3* The app goes down most of the time and sometimes doesn’t even open. The interface is not the best as well. Same with the website, i think Nursing.Com can do so much better with their website interface and app. I like most of the video lessons but some of them are too fast and sounds like they are just reading off of a book which made me feel like they are not reviewing the materials. ### 1/5 — Free Trial Not Working *2022-12-21, version 6.2.0* Started an account by selecting to pay for monthly subscription after three day free trial. App will not work. Just keeps saying start free trial. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great App but there are Issues *2024-10-02, version 6.6* I have used NRSNG app through my nursing program but there are still bugs and glitches that are not great. First creating a playlist gets confusing, it should be made simple to just adding videos to a playlist and be able to play them in order but that where glitches happen. Whenever you skip to the next video the previous video plays even when the title changes. Nursing.com has been a great resource but there is still a glitch when you want to go back to body system categories it takes you back to the main menu. Overall it provides great resources for nursing but it hasn’t been user friendly for the most part. ### 5/5 — You’ll pass the NCLEX with nursing.com *2024-08-15, version 6.6* Two years with Kaplan, failed the NCLEX. One month with nursing.com, passed the NCLEX. ### 5/5 — This is a great app *2024-08-11, version 6.6* I wish there was an option where they asked what school you go to and then had an option to upload the syllabus topics and then have them (the app) load all the material for you based off the school syllabus. ### 5/5 — All the NCLEX. *2024-05-20, version 6.6* I took the NCLEX more than once I used almost every other app. I wondered whAT I WAS doing wrong, people said they were good, the questions on those other apps are very rudimentary but the questions on nursing.com seriously complex and all of them come with a lesson the most amazing app. I did not write any negative feedback for the other apps, but I also didn’t give them any feedback and or rating so if you come across my review, just know I’m a real person and this will absolutely help you. I passed my NCLEX the first try bacause of your app. ### 5/5 — Best NCLEX prep *2023-05-26, version 6.5* I can honestly say that nursing.com is by far the best nursing school and nclex prep. I would say after taking thousands of ATI questions and thousands of Nursing.com questions I can honestly say that nursing.com is 100X better. The quality of the questions with easy to understand rationale. The simclex helped me pass NCLEX in 85 questions and the review content after a simclex is very helpful to my overall study for the real test. Thank you so much Nursing.com for making such a high quality product! ### 5/5 — Passed my NCLEX! *2023-04-28, version 6.4* Before I started Nursing.com, I had taken my NCLEX twice. Both times I failed and I was feeling really discouraged. I had been using UWorld and it just wasn’t catered towards my studying style. I had tried Mark Klimek lectures, UWorld, HESI, Khan, and Archer- nothing seemed to work. My friend put me onto Nursing.com and when I took my NCLEX a 3rd time, I passed! This app and website really breaks down material in a simplified way that gives you all the material to set you up for success. I really don’t think I would’ve felt as prepared as I did for my NCLEX if it wasn’t for this app/website. The way that they structure the teaching material and the simplex is exactly what I needed as a studying technique and I’m incredibly thankful. ### 5/5 — Good to have to review the basic and new nursing process *2023-04-28, version 6.4* This is a great tool for student, novice and experience nurses. I use the app to review basic principles and concepts to help me synthesize my plan of care for each specific patient. The fact is it did not disappoint me.
