Awalnya excited beli tiket disini karena lebih murah dibanding yang lain tapi, dikecewakan sama pencairan dana refund yang katanya dari awal sudah diproses sampai sekarang melebihi jangka waktu yang sudah ditentukan belum ada info mengenai pengembalian.

Udah 3 bulan lebih refund saya gak dikasih sampai sekarang. Udah call ke lion groupnya langsung 2 kali dgn orang berbeda katanya dana saya sudah direfund per tanggal 22 mei yg artinya sudah sebulan lebih yang lalu tp dana saya belum ada sampai skrg!! Malah cs di emailnya mengelak katanya blm ada dan meminta maaf krn adanya perbedaan pendapat antara nusatrip dan lion group. Perbedaan pendapat sekata lu!! Udah jelas-jelas pihak lion groupnya yang sudah ngomong. Kalian yaaa jangan persulit orang!! Pake alasan covid-19 lagi!! Apa hubungannya coba!! Duit orang lu balikin dlu.

Nyesel beli tiket disini, maskapai sudah mengirimkan refund tiketnya ke Travel Agent. Tapi lama banget prosesnya. Bahkan saya minta diallihkan refund nya ke Akun Kredit (bukan uang tunai) di akun website Maskapai pun lama.

So bad, after two months they inform that my hotel booking is cancelled. Two months means 60 days, right, and they said sorry. It’s mean they price is not fix, not real price. It’s not fair. Do you need 60 day to inform your customer about they order? After get the confirmation email, it can be change without my permittion. 👎🏻

While I booked there occurred an error in the app. And now I got 3 flight tickets?Unfortunately the customer service was not very helpful. I mean it’s quite obvious that there has to be some mistake when there are 3 flights booked within 5 min for the same name???
I will book with tiket.com as I didn’t have any problems there.

I use NusaTrip a lot these days. But had not seen an app for it until recently.
The app seems to work quite well.

My only beef is that I can use my American Express card to purchase flights on the NusaTrip web site. But not on the App?

I therefore am forced to buy my flights through the web site. And use the app only for viewing my trips.

I would give it a 4/5 if they allowed Amex payments.

Baru bulan agustus saya beli tiket dan itu semuanya lancar dgn harga yg lebih kompetitif dibandingkan. Yg lain. Belakangan ini sudah hang ga bisa masukin data penumang 😌. Disayangkan kalo app ini tidak di maintain akan hilang dah.
