You cannot do anything with this app. It doesn’t even provide basic information like addresses. “Contact us” section has no contact details except to fill in enquiry form. Homepage shows images of the 3 clubhouses but clicking on them does nothing. Does not bring you to another page. No details on any food and beverage promotion or even a relevant F&B promotions icon or bar option. Total waste of time downloading the app and creating an ID. Doesn’t link to your account to check bill or anything. However even if it doesn’t link to account, the description is that it’s a Food & beverage app. But even that it totally fails. If it at least showcases the various restaurants and menus that would be helpful but no. I have been trying to access it since last week and all it does was to go to a blank white screen. Today when I access, it finally showed the login page - voila but when I entered my email and login password - it just freeze there. It would be good to allow facial recognition login that is tied to the phone security. Thanks. ### 2/5 — So dumb app *2023-03-16, version 3.8.2* When I want to show the QR code or book the facility, always always pop the error message. ### 2/5 — Very bad first impressions. *2021-07-27, version 2.2.131* So much wrong with the UX of this app from the signup process alone. Main ones are: 1) “Cancel” button on the “Forgot Password” or “Sign Up” screen is dark blue text on a dark blue background. Almost invisible, bad design choice. 2) Entire UI on logon screen suddenly jumps up when the iOS keyboard pops up, meaning that when you switch apps to check something (e.g. your email app, to copy your verification code), then come back, there is a noticeable pause before the entire screen jumps up just as you are about to select a text input field, causing you to miss your target. Very annoying. 3) Does not play nice with with the password autofill feature of iOS. “Sign In” button is greyed-out until keyboard activity is detected in the password field (which is pointless, as the password has already been already filled in by the OS, which the app does not appear to detect). --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
