When ever I try to register it say you already are registered and should retrieve my account, yet it does guide or give an option on how do. This July I tried to talk to help desk in premises of masjide nabawi, only to find that staff only spoke Arabic. How can they still not know that a large majority of the world and Zairean are non Arabs and don’t speak their language. Their attitude again was “couldn’t care less “. Not the lest helpful. As a result, for the last couple of years or more, I visit Madina but can not visit Riya-zul- Jannah. This app as usual is slow archaic and not user friendly. So many frustrated people reflect this in their comments on its site. May be one day we will ask for our right of the visit, here or in hereafter inshallah… ### 1/5 — Rawdah *2026-07-12, version 11.12.4* It’s so difficult to book an appointment. For 2 days I have been trying to book an appointment there are times for booking but keeps saying try later. I only have limited time before travelling, will be extremely sad if cannot book an appointment to pray in the Rawdah. My account asks to complete profile although it’s has already been done but when ever I attempt it says this account already exists and to recover your account. Only it doesn’t tell me how or does not take me to account recovery option. I visit haram Alhamdulillah 2/3 times a year . Due to yet again an incompetent apps , I have lost hope and I have not been visiting Rawdha for couple of years now. InshaAlloh I will hold them accountable in front of Allah and the Blessed Prophet SAW on the day of judgement. For the new comers, please don’t waste your time. The Fajr Salah time is stucked to 3:43AM and Isha Salah time is not accurate. I didn’t check the Dhuhr and Asr Salah. The Maghrib Salah time is accurate. Also, the Athan sound doesn’t fully play. The sound stops after four Allahu Akbar. ### 1/5 — NN- Hajj2026 *2026-06-14, version 11.12.4* We were a group of five of a family and purchased a standard package of MCDC through a local middle man kind of travel agency who work on finding Umra and Hajj packages. We had a lot of problems as the most important service items included in our package were never provided. There were no guides, no one received us at the airport, no training, no guide, no CIM card, no wheelchair we asked for, no Madina tour, no Makah tour, no designated transportation from hotel to Harem, no personal items. Besides the hotels and food were absolutely terrible. No one to complain. Tried several times to complain about MCDC to NUSUK but they referred us back to same company that we have complained. Nusuk has a support web site but it to hard to use and beside they don’t take any action to resolve your issue. They simply tell you to contact your service provider which are the main issue themselves. MCDC had a volunteer to support but when you ask for any support or information needed, they say that they will contact they don’t have authority and they can only let the supervisor know. Much more to say about what was promised and what was provided. I hope NUSUK will start their heavy involvement and oversight of the customer support process. It constantly showed errors or no available appointments. This is the second trip the app is annoying me like this. I asked the people at the desk of nusk they js gave me a number to call. I called the number n no one picked up the ai said someone will call me back later I never received a call. The customer service is very very poor and the app is poor quality it don’t work properly it always dose this for the ladies my dad was Able to book one it’s js the ladies in my family n ment other ladies I know. Alhamdulillah, while currently using the app during our pilgrimage journey, I can confidently say that this is one of the most useful and meaningful technological advancements introduced for pilgrims. Even though the system is still continuously developing and improving, it is already 100% helpful, smooth, organized, and extremely beneficial for every pilgrim visiting the Holy cities. The app has made many things easier — guidance, travel coordination, religious arrangements, and overall management. The effort, vision, and dedication behind this platform are truly appreciable. It feels like a modern companion for pilgrims.
