I’ve logged into this app in the past and now getting a message it cannot connect or the server is unsearchable.

everytime i try to log in it makes me type in 2 different passwords and for some weird reason it tells me its wrong even tho i copy and pasted the password?? i tried typing in the other password and that didnt work either so the only way ive been able to use the app is by setting a new password everytime. also how can i view how much money is on my card bc idk how to see that.

I downloaded this app thinking it would be an extra layer of protection. If it worked fine It would be, but I’ve only been able to log in 2x and every other time it tells me I’m using the wrong User ID

- The large screen iPhones have been out for years now, this brand-new app was written without support for them.

- Logs you out all the time. I just want the app to work, not have to sign in each time.

- Speaking of sign-in, the app disables paste actions in the sign-in form, so those of us who are smart about our online presence can’t use our password managers. Combined with the previous issue, the app is pretty much unusable for me. Even if I wanted to sign in again, I just can’t without a second device around.

This app seems designed by the CEO’s kid or something.

I travel for a living and seriously been thinking about getting a travel card where I don’t have to keep calling a place to tell them where I am and from what dateframe. I get it, I understand. Thought this app would be my savior. It’s been nothing but a nightmare. I get rejected more times then approved and have to carry more cash with me to back me up. Thought it was that it had to stay memory resident? Nope it improves a little but same embarrassment of card rejection. Hopefully I can turn off the card manager feature and go back to having to call them to tell them I travel and shop for a new travel card that doesn’t do this. Nice idea, definitely not ready for prime time... (and forget overseas, who had that idea? Most data plans don’t work over seas. Would of been better to input dates and locations to allow approval unless Nutmeg wants to pay for an overseas plan?)
