Code confirmations over the phone are incomplete and the worse part is that so called automated calls are originated from Anchorage, in Alaska? That’s unacceptable and unfortunate because is a very poor way to let you make feel insecure about your financial Institution! I had a bad experience and was so disgusted with my bank’s manager that I tried Nutmeg because it’s a credit union. My only concern was access to ATMs. They explained that the credit unions in CT have an agreement that members can use the respective ATMs for free. From the start, they were professional, amiable and helpful. They know me by name and have helped me with several problems. I have never had a bad experience in over four years. I will never go back to a bank! ### 5/5 — Excellent services *2025-03-24* I’ve used this bank for a number of years. They have excellent customer service and have everything that I need. The one time I had an issue with my credit card. I can’t see the total for all of my accounts like the old app used to show. It is visually unappealing. It does not show the names of pending transactions like it used to. Mobile deposits are not easy to do. Transfers to other members are also not as easy. Ridiculous update. The old version was much better and had no issues.
