The first NutraFlex update on iPhone since launch — it brings everything from versions 1.8, 1.9 and 1.10 at once.

COMPATIBILITY
• Onboarding, chat and Sign in with Apple work again on iPhones running iOS 15.0 to 15.3. It wasn't slowness: the screen simply didn't respond.

WORKOUTS
• The timer for timed sets no longer loses time in the background. A 90-second plank interrupted by a call was being saved as 30.
• Timed exercises can now count down, with sound, vibration and a system alert even when the phone is locked.
• Your history records what you actually held: stop at 40 seconds of a 60-second target and it saves 40.
• The exercise type you set in your routine now applies during the workout.
• Rest now follows what's left to do, not the order of the list — including inside supersets and trisets.
• In rest-pause, the pauses follow the weight you last typed.
• Cancelling a workout you just started now actually leaves the screen.
• The current week's chart shows your workouts again.

THE NUMBERS YOU TYPE
• Decimal commas work. 82,5 used to be accepted on screen and stored as 82.

GOALS
• A body fat goal below what's physiologically possible is now refused with an explanation and the minimum healthy value, instead of just failing to save.
