I like the product but on my second order I had to add 1 more item to avoid shipping charges. When I did that it changed my order and sent the wrong item and added return insurance which I had deleted because I usually don’t return items. Customer service responds after two days. I ask to return the wrong item. I’m provided a link. In the process I realize they now want $17 to ship it back. So what exactly is the insurance good for?
