## What is Nutriflex?

**NutriFlex AI** creates your diet the way a nutritionist would: personalized for your body, your goals, and your lifestyle—then automatically adjusts it as you progress.

## HOW IT WORKS

Simply enter your information (weight, height, goal, and food preferences). The AI calculates your ideal calorie and macronutrient needs, then builds a complete meal plan with real foods and practical household measurements—like **"3 tablespoons"** instead of just grams.

## KEY FEATURES

* AI-generated personalized meal plans with multiple meal options
* Full editing freedom: swap foods, adjust portions, and see calories and macros recalculated instantly
* Smart food substitutions that preserve the nutritional balance of your plan
* Meal check-ins: track what you actually eat, and the app adapts your goals to your real progress
* Body progress tracking: weight, body measurements, body fat percentage (with a skinfold assistant), and training volume
* Built-in AI coach to answer questions about nutrition, workouts, and recipes
* Optional Low-FODMAP mode for users with digestive sensitivities
* Allergies and dietary restrictions respected in every recommendation
* Cyclical meal plans (training and rest days) for advanced nutrition protocols
* Diet version history: compare previous plans and restore them anytime

## WHO IT'S FOR

Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, or maintain your weight, NutriFlex AI gives you a nutrition plan that fits real life—without spreadsheets, generic meal plans, or paying for a nutrition consultation every week.
