Elle est très ludique, intuitive et agréable à utiliser au quotidien. Le scanner et la reconnaissance vocale font gagner un temps précieux pour enregistrer les repas. J’apprécie particulièrement le suivi très complet des calories, des protéines, des glucides, des lipides, des fibres et des autres nutriments, ce qui permet de mieux équilibrer son alimentation. Le côté coach est également un vrai plus : les conseils sont motivants et aident à rester régulier sans culpabiliser. Une application complète, pratique et bien pensée que je recommande sans hésiter à toute personne souhaitant améliorer son alimentation ou atteindre ses objectifs de santé.
