Takes your order and then telling you that they can’t deliver it. What a shame. Food is ok tho

After ordering food for a specific time and date, they arrived nearly 40 mins earlier. However no one to get the food and the food is left unattended for 30 mins. The result is the food is not eatable and they do not want to take any responsibility nor help out. Told me to speak with the delivery even though I order personally from them.
