## What is Nutrio Physio & Pilates?

You've been meaning to do this for a while. 

Maybe it's a class you keep seeing on the timetable, a physio appointment you've been putting off or a 1:1 Pilates session someone recommended. 
Whatever it is that's brought you here — the Nutrio app is designed to make the next step as easy as possible. 

At Nutrio Physio & Pilates, we believe movement should fit around your real life, not the other way around. Whether you're coming to us for the first time or you're already part of the community, this app puts everything you need in one place. Browse the full class timetable and book your spot in a few taps. Choose from mat Pilates, Studio Circuit, and more — with clear descriptions so you can find the right class for where you are right now, not where you think you should be. Filter by day, time, or class type, and book directly without needing to call or email. 

If you're looking for something a little more personal, you can book 1:1 Pilates sessions directly through the app. 1:1 sessions are ideal if you're returning after an injury, managing a longer-term condition, or simply want guidance that's built entirely around you and your body. 

For physiotherapy appointments, you can book directly with Ailsa — an HCPC-registered physiotherapist with an MSc in Physiotherapy and specialist experience in musculoskeletal health, pre and postnatal rehabilitation, and neurological conditions. No referral needed. Just book, and we'll take it from there. 

We know your week doesn't always go to plan. The app makes it straightforward to reschedule or cancel when life gets in the way, and to find your next slot when you're ready to come back. There's no pressure, no penalties — just a space that stays open for you. You'll also receive gentle reminders before each session, so you can arrive prepared and on time without having to keep track of everything yourself. 

Whether you're just curious, already booked in, or somewhere in between — we're glad you're here.
