## What is NutriPlus?

The NutriPlus app helps improve your health by ensuring you exercise regularly, are not sedentary for long, get a good night's sleep and much more. 

You can use the app via your smartphone alone without a need to connect to a fitness tracker. The app does however allow you to connect with variable wearable devices should you want that.

Also, stand a chance to win some exciting rewards for milestones achieved on the app. There’s exciting goodies to be won from sports apparel, fitness club memberships and even an international holiday!
