## What is NutriQuick?

Most macro trackers are built for everyone. NutriQuick is built for people who lift.

If you eat the same core meals, prep in bulk, and just need to log fast without scrolling through a database of 18 million foods
you'll never touch — this is your app.

LOGGING THAT TAKES SECONDS, NOT MINUTES

Save your go-to meals as presets. Copy yesterday's food with one tap. Use full-day templates for training days and rest days.
NutriQuick learns what you eat and suggests it before you even open the log.

Most days, logging takes under 10 seconds.

MACROS THAT ACTUALLY MATTER

Set daily targets for calories, protein, carbs, and fat. See exactly where you stand with colour-coded progress bars. Track your
protein like it matters — because it does.

BUILT FOR LEAN GAINS, NOT JUST WEIGHT LOSS

Whether you're bulking, cutting, or staying lean — NutriQuick is designed around the way lifters actually eat. Protein-first
display. Training day vs rest day goals. No wellness fluff.

WORKOUTS + FOOD IN ONE PLACE

Log your training session right alongside your meals. Push, Pull, Legs, or pick from 20+ specific muscle groups. See what you ate
on leg day vs rest day.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE

View your trends over 7, 30, or 90 days. Daily calorie charts with goal lines. Weight trend tracking. Workout frequency
breakdown. Average protein intake. Logging streaks that keep you consistent.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO PREP

Meal presets: save a meal once, log it forever with one tap.
Day presets: save an entire day of food (training day, rest day, high carb day) and load it instantly.
Copy any previous day: ate the same thing Tuesday? Copy it.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.1.2 — 2026-06-05

Polishing things behind the scenes so logging stays fast. More on the way.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-05-25

Smarter, less annoying.

- Onboarding trimmed: goals → go. No permission walls.
- Streak-saver reminders: offered after 2 consecutive days, not before.
- Apple Health: asked when you log steps or weight, not upfront.
- Share your week: tap your streak → branded recap card → post it.
- Smart review prompts: only at real milestones (7-day streak, 5% weight change).
- First-log nudge for new users.
- Clear day button only shows when there's something to clear.

Still free. Still no ads. Still fast.

### 1.1 — 2026-05-19

All four macros, finally
Protein, carbs, fat, and calories each get their own bar on Today.
The ring chart is gone — nothing's hidden anymore.

TDEE calculator on You
Punch in bodyweight, height, activity, and your goal mode
(cut / maintain / bulk). Suggested macros land in one tap.

New on Trends
Weight chart with a 7-day moving average overlay (30d / 90d range)
and a daily protein chart sitting next to the calorie chart.

Day-preset shortcut
Saved a meal-prep day? It surfaces as a one-tap chip above
Log food when today is empty — no diving into the Presets tab.

Lock Screen + reminders are opt-in
We no longer flip these on at install. After 24 hours we ask once
whether you want them, and either lives behind a toggle in
You → Helpers. Turn them off (or back on) anytime.

Trends split into Charts and Log
The daily log history was getting buried below six analytical cards.
Two clean sub-tabs now — flip between them at the top of Trends.

Consistency heatmap rebuilt
Weeks-as-columns, oldest on the left, today
on the right at its weekday slot, future days drawn as faint blanks.

Custom food in the preset editor
Same dual-button pattern as the main log — pick a real food, or
type macros for a one-off item directly into the preset.
