### 2/5 — No apple health sync

*2026-04-23, version 5.42.0*

Every time i try to sync using intergrations it just takes me to the list of apps where i search for nutrisense app but nothing comes up to allow my data to go through. FIX THIS.

### 2/5 — Great nutritionist but policies are limiting.

*2026-01-15, version 5.21.0*

I’ve used the app for over 6 months. The nutritionist has been helpful and the app shows good information however the sensor I started with was not reliable and often needed replacements. After multiple issues I switched to a more replicable and accurate sensor. After all, what’s the point in taking data if you can’t rely on that data to be usable and reflect what is going on? Nustrisense was unwilling to support allowing me to switch to that data without still paying for the initial sensors. The closest I could negotiate with them was to pause the sensor delivery while I tried the more accurate sensor but at some point I will be forced to complete the costs of the inaccurate sensor deliveries. It’s ludicrous they force you to pay for an inferior product when you’re still using the service and meeting with nutritionists.

### 1/5 — If I could give this a zeo I would

*2026-01-13, version 5.21.0*

HORRIBLE customer service and tech service- I wasted over 1K on this horrible product without any results! I asked numerous times for support and never got any. I missed my first appointment with my Nutritionalist and the attempt to reschedule was impossible. No follow up was even performed by the initial nutritionalist I was assigned to. VERY unhappy customer and do not waster your money like I did.

### 3/5 — Needs better Healthkit integration

*2025-12-22, version 5.20.0*

The nutritionist program is fantastic, but the app needs some work. Only integrates with myfitnesspal for meal tracking and doesn’t write macros to healthkit if you track directly in the nutrisense app.

Would like to see integration with Zepp. The Amazfit band is a relatively cheap wearable that uses tha app, and the food tracking is quite good as well.

### 2/5 — Terrible Customer Service | Good App

*2025-11-25, version 5.17.0*

I joined to learn how my body responds to foods; I am not diabetic and am at my ideal weight. This was a nutrition experiment for me. The insights from the app were helpful. I also really liked the dietitian I worked with, Yanni Liu. However, I CANNOT RECOMMEND NUTRISENSE.

I subscribed for 3 months. After my initial set of sensors my monthly shipment was always sent LATE. My sensors would expire before the next set arrived. When I inquired about this each month, I was told I could pay early for my monthly subscription in order to receive the monitors on time. WHAT?! That’s ridiculous. I canceled once I met my obligation. My advice would be to purchase the Stello CGM on your own and use the Stello app. I absolutely overpaid and Nutrisense under delivered. Lesson Learned.

### 1/5 — Not happy

*2025-11-14, version 5.17.0*

I have reached out to nutrisense customer service several times because I needed to cancel because I couldn’t financial continue my subscription. Instead they told me I had to pay almost $500 to cancel and then the extended my subscription another year. 😡Recently when I lost my debit card I canceled that card and ordered a new one and never gave them my new card information. Today I received a notification that I have been charged by nutrisense. I’m not sure how they are charging me when they don’t have my new debit card number but something isn’t right. And I’m not happy about this at all.

### 1/5 — Calibration issue anyone?

*2025-10-02, version 5.9.0*

Like the app a lot. Customer service had been very nice BUT the app results are always 20pts higher than a blood stick test. Sometimes the calibration tool is available to make an adjustment with new cgm’s but sometimes it has simply disappeared so stuck (no pun intended) with totally inaccurate readings.

Update, moved to one star. Today Customer service says no calibration is available so stuck with 20 point elevated readings for the next few months. What a useless product.

### 1/5 — Difficult to manage

*2025-09-25, version 5.8.0*

The app routinely kicks you to programs when you want to make subscriptions. You pay way more because of the inefficiencies. Look elsewhere first. Product itself was fine.

### 3/5 — Okay meal tracker

*2025-09-24, version 5.8.0*

Been unable to see meals entered into MyFitnessPal and not able to see nutritionists notes after our meetings. I keep getting invites from other nutritionists when I have one I meet with. Makers is nice and knowledgeable and interested in guiding me using my DNA, labs and dexascans.

### 1/5 — Highly disappointed

*2025-09-18, version 5.7.0*

The Stelo Glucose monitor has yet to pair with the Nutrisense app and the Dexacom app. I have sent multiple emails, filled out multiple request and followed the steps advised. 15 days have been wasted at MY COST!!!! DO BETTER!!!

The above was my first review. Things have gotten even WORSE! I regret signing up for this program. I have been trying to find someone to contact me and have sent MULTIPLE EMAILS because there is no phone number!! I will now leave terrible reviews every social media platform that I am connected to!!
This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

### 1/5 — Terrible Service ask to just cancel and they said I would have to pay over $200 to do so.

*2025-09-10, version 5.6.0*

My sensors never worked, I went back for with my consul or who after a week of the sensors never doing its job forwarded me to customer. Which only communicates mainly by email and takes 24-48 hours to respond.

### 1/5 — Don’t invest with the year subscription before trying it out for a few months

*2025-09-07, version 5.6.0*

I bought the year subscription because my dietitian suggested so and it was not worth it. If you are looking for your trends with the cgm, the app is fine. A little irritating logging in meals but the trends data shows up fine. My dietitian wasn’t super helpful with meals and tips that I should use so I wanted to cancel and try to get a refund. They do not give refunds back and I have only been using the app for 2 months. I will not be using it the rest of the year and now I’m out of $200. Make sure to read the fine print with nutrisense and make sure your dietitian is right for you before making the jump to the year subscription.

### 1/5 — DO NOT TRY

*2025-09-03, version 5.6.0*

I have had the worst experience, they changed my sensor to one that requires bluetooth to be on 24/7 (clearly don’t give an F about EMFs) it’s the absolute worst. And refuse to let me cancel even the though the quality and product have completely changed from when I first signed up. Trust me go with ANY other CGM company than Nutrisense. Sad cause I used to love them.

### 4/5 — Eye opening

*2025-09-03, version 5.6.0*

I do like the app. It truly is eye opening watching my glucose reactions to various foods and activities. However, I do wish it would connect with Carb Manager and not just MyFitnessPal.

### 3/5 — 6 weeks in, nothing but problems

*2025-08-31, version 5.5.0*

I am having problems with every aspect of this app. From sensors not working and the hassle of replacements through 3rd parties. Billing being snoozed without authorization. Finally start it back up so sensors for the month can be sent. Now account is showing overdue on the app but my card has been charged without issue. Send another email for help, wait for an email. Days later it gets figured out. Here we go again! Not impressed at this point….

### 2/5 — Not worth it unless insurance covers calls

*2025-08-28, version 5.5.0*

I tried the app for about two days and I brought my own sensors because I didn’t see any reason in paying the extra to nutrient for sensors that they’re purchasing from Dexcom so I purchased my own lingo sensor. Downloaded the free trial and booked a call with a nutritionist and then my call was promptly canceled because my insurance doesn’t cover it and the app would not connect to my lingo sensor so I see zero value and what I received in my three day free trial the app give me no more insights than my carb manager app or my fitness pal And if you have to pay for a nutritionist, that’s not covered by your insurance and I really don’t see any reason to have the app at all so if your insurance doesn’t cover the nutritionist, save your money get a lingo sensor and use a free tracking app. You can’t even message your nutritionist for the $39 a month so if you have your own sensor and a nutritionist isn’t covered, I would like to know exactly where the value is in paying $40 a month for an app that just tells you what your nutrients are and gives you some education because the lingo app does that for free.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Overwhelming anxiety and a $200 "punishment" for canceling

*2026-05-10, version 5.42.0*

I signed up for a 6-month commitment, but the experience was a nightmare from day one. Having the sensor attached to me caused constant, intense anxiety. I was terrified it would rip out of my arm, and I felt incredibly self-conscious about people seeing it and asking questions I wasn't ready to answer. After 6 days of overwhelming stress, I realized this was doing more harm than good and reached out to cancel. Instead of simply charging me the standard one-month rate ($211) versus my discounted rate ($161), they hit me with an additional $200 fee. I tried to do the right thing for my mental health, and Nutrisense essentially penalized me for it. Extremely disappointed in the lack of empathy and the predatory "cancellation" costs.

### 1/5 — Beware of their scam!

*2026-04-13, version 5.39.0*

I tried their app for 1 day with $49.99 subscription option, with 3 day free trial. Cancelled my trial via their website a day later, and didn't think much of it. Didn't receive any emails confirming my cancellation or my free trial.

A month later they charged me $75 out of the blue. Support didn't answer any emails, ignored everything. I filled a dispute and they immediately replied to my bank. I don't know what they provided but I lost my dispute. I still have no idea what this charge was for.

They're scammers, if you try cancelling, they'll charge you later on anyway.

### 1/5 — Unreasonable customer service

*2026-04-09, version 5.39.0*

I was forced into a subscription at checkout and chose anything to get through. After I got in and was able to better understand the program (one day later) I attempted to review my subscription and at that point was told that I had committed to six months and it would cost me $200 to modify at this point. There is no way to call them for a reasonable solution and the person I’m emailing is talking in circles and giving me no reasonable option cancel. I expected to pay the advertised price of $152 for one month of service and they’ve tricked me into paying almost $400 total to back out now. I have had the service for exactly one day. This is a scam.

### 1/5 — Keep charging you after cancellation

*2026-03-24, version 5.36.0*

I started my free trial in the app and cancelled it after 1 day. Never received any emails confirming it but didn't pay attention. Only to find a $75 charge a month later. Support team ignores my tickets.

Stay away.

### 1/5 — No customer service

*2026-03-20, version 5.35.0*

There is no customer service available by phone. You complete a form online and hope they follow up. This is particularly challenging when billing errors occur. I used to recommend Nutrisense to friends and family, but now feel the need to warn people.

### 1/5 — Fraud!!

*2026-03-04, version 5.33.0*

Fraud app! And fraud company who’s charging you, and there’s nobody pick up the phone, robot send you to email them! return my money!

### 1/5 — Ease of access to the app is impossible to figure out

*2026-02-19, version 5.30.0*

I’m not able to install this app

### 1/5 — Won’t open

*2026-02-17, version 5.28.0*

App crashes as soon as I click on it

### 1/5 — Charged my credit card $75 for missing appointment

*2026-02-14, version 5.27.0*

No thank you

### 1/5 — Keeps crashing

*2026-02-06, version 5.26.0*

Crashed half way through the setup. Now won’t open at all. Deleted, reinstalled, the same issue

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Amazing Software

*2026-04-30, version 5.42.0*

The graphing and interface with my fitness pal is great. Nutrition support is top notch!

### 5/5 — Absolute game changer!

*2026-04-24, version 5.42.0*

Using this app has been a game changer in my fitness journey. The transparency of knowing exactly what spikes my glucose and making the best choices are eye-opening. You also learn how to experiment with pairing food and exercises together to maintain a healthy glucose level. Love it!

### 5/5 — Best CGM app

*2025-09-01, version 5.5.0*

The NutriSense app is the best one on the market in my opinion. Easy to use, customizable depending on how in depth you want to use the information. The dietitians are one of the best parts nutrisense has to offer.

### 5/5 — The Future of Wellness

*2025-08-31, version 5.5.0*

I can’t see a future where CGMs aren’t the norm and Nutrisense is leading the way. The real-time glucose insights helped me connect the dots between food, energy, mood and sleep. It’s not just tracking, it’s empowering you to take control of your health.

### 5/5 — Love the concept

*2025-08-23, version 5.3.0*

I’m thrilled with the application, the education, the expert counseling with Jared. Unfortunately, the Dexcom biosensors are not dependable. First one quit after a week, the second malfunctioned after 12 days, the third would not pair, the fourth is tracking on the Stelo application off and on, but not on Nutrisense. So frustrating because I love the concept. I need it to better control my diabetes.

### 5/5 — Game Changer

*2025-08-21, version 5.3.0*

I love learning what affects my blood sugar. With hacks I have learned, I am still eating foods I like and better managing my sugar. I appreciate the graphs and have learned from my call with my nutritionist.

### 5/5 — Best app tracker

*2025-06-05, version 4.6.1*

Easy to use app to track health metrics!

### 5/5 — The best app out there

*2025-06-03, version 4.6.1*

Nutrisense app is the best app if you want to learn how food affects your blood sugar. Each meal is analyzed within a two hour window, and gives you a clear understanding what you need to change in order to mitigate the spike. Nutritionist’s support is indispensable.

### 5/5 — Insightful!

*2025-04-27, version 4.1.4*

Always been a pre-diabetic, until I wasn’t. This app delivers the hard truth in real time. Now I can see how my meal choices affect my blood sugars, and take action to stay in range. So far, it’s all been diet and exercise. This is amazing knowledge! And recording a meal is so easy, snap a picture and the app formulates the nutritional breakdown. Need to plan ahead? —take a look at what works. Eliminate bad choices, run with the stuff you really like to eat. This is the game changer I’ve been waiting for.

### 5/5 — Exceptional

*2025-03-10, version 3.8.1*

This app taught me everything I needed to know about pre-diabetics. Highly recommended to anyone with a similar diagnosis. Very, very informative and effective.
