I have a Garmin watch which syncs to my apple health. All I have to do to log my exercises in Nutrisnap is to sync with Apple on the Log Exercise page. Have enjoyed that accessibility.

I have been logging every meal I eat, from breakfast to dinner and even snacks. It has changed my life for the better. The awareness it gives to my everyday life has been life changing. I have struggle with my weight my entire life. I recently made the choice to take control of my eating and NutriSnap has helped me shape a healthy eating lifestyle. I’ve gone from 380 lbs to 340 lbs in just 3 months by just being aware of what I eat. I never thought it was possible for me to gain a steady eating lifestyle, I always either gorged or under ate. This app has given me balance, I’m so thankful ❤️
