NutriStash turns the food reels you already bookmark on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube into a real meal plan — with ingredients, per-serving macros, and step-by-step cook mode. No photographing your plate. No searching a database. No manual logging. You already did the saving; we do the rest.

1. Find a meal reel you love and tap Share → NutriStash.
2. Our AI reads the video, the narration and the caption, then builds a clean meal: ingredients, quantities, protein / carbs / fat / calories, and ordered prep steps.
3. Drop your meals onto the week as a meal plan, and cook with a guided, hands-free cook mode.
