Application très utile pour mieux comprendre quels aliments favoriser pour une alimentation moins transformée ! Permet également de trouver de meilleures alternatives aux produits que je consomme habituellement !

Cela fait longtemps que j’essaie d’éviter les produits ultra transformés et avec les alternatives proposées par cette appli c’est très rapide et simple. Je préfère de privilégier juste la qualité des aliments et absence des additifs plutôt que regarder le nutriscore comme d’autres applis comme yuka.

So I started this healthy journey of mines a few weeks ago and knew I needed some type of app to help me along the way cause I knew I couldn’t do it myself with my lack of knowledge.I must say that from the beginning of the app where they asked questions about me I knew it was going to be a great help, specifically curated to me and not the “group” I belong in, food recommendations that I actually like and reliability is at an all time high.looking forward to the rest of my journey with the help of this app.Thank you.
