## What is NutriSync?

Most AI calorie trackers guess. NutriSync asks.

Other apps scan your plate, hallucinate a number, and move on. No questions. No verification. No accuracy. NutriSync runs a real pipeline: a triage model picks the right approach, the analysis breaks your plate into ingredients, and when something is genuinely ambiguous it asks you one short question instead of inventing an answer. Grilled or fried. Whole milk or skim. That's the difference between a number and your number.

ADAPTIVE AI SCANNING
Every meal goes through a multi-step pipeline. The AI identifies what's on your plate, then asks specific questions — portion size, ingredients, preparation — instead of guessing. Results are cross-referenced against a verified nutrition database that gets sharper with every scan.

- Ingredient-level breakdown, not one lump calorie number
- Follow-up questions only when the answer would actually move your macros
- Restaurant meals matched against the real menu using your location
- Barcodes and packaged foods attributed as ingredients to the plate you're eating
- Batch-scan a whole day, and fix any entry in plain language: "double the rice"

This is not point-and-pray. This is verified accuracy.

ADAPTIVE TARGETS
Most trackers give you one static daily number you find out you missed at 11pm. NutriSync splits your day into macro windows — pre-lift, post-lift, dinner — each with its own protein, carb, and fat target. Big lunch? Your dinner target adjusts. Skip a snack and those calories roll forward. You always know how much you have left and when to eat it.

ADAPTIVE TDEE
Other apps ask how often you exercise and estimate your burn from a dropdown. NutriSync calculates your actual TDEE from your weight trend and your real intake over time. A bulk that stalls gets corrected without you touching a setting. Real numbers from real data.

TRAIN
- Log lifts exercise-first. No forms, no timers, no start/stop
- Up Next tells you what to train and what to load, from your own history
- Never done an exercise? Your starting weight is scaled from the lifts you HAVE logged, plus your bodyweight, sex, and training age
- Automatic PRs, strength trends, and weekly volume
- Workouts never inflate your calorie budget — your adaptive TDEE already contains your training

BUILT FOR LIFTERS
- Protein, carb, and fat targets that match your goal
- Cut, bulk, and maintain phases with adaptive targets
- Phase planning with goal weight and timeline
- Daily check-ins that move the numbers
- Micronutrients, not just the big three
- Weight trend that ignores daily water noise
- Works offline — scans queue and sync when you're back

COACHING
Link a coach and they set your windows, macros, meals, and training programs from their own dashboard. Their plan lands in your app; your logs land in theirs.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Snap a photo of your meal
2. Answer a clarifying question (if needed)
3. Get accurate calories and macros instantly
4. Your remaining targets update automatically

NutriSync is built by lifters, for lifters. No wellness BS. No motivational quotes. Just accurate numbers and a system that adapts.

### 5/5 — Incredible accuracy

*2026-07-22*

Very user-friendly and the feedback and results from the images are fantastic

### 5/5 — Way better than CalAi and these other “ai scanners”

*2026-06-08*

I’m not gonna lie I’ve been calorie tracking for a long time and I have been using MyFitnessPal for a long time, but I always end up using it because it’s really annoying to manually track of my calories so then I started using CalAI because being able to take a picture of my food to chop. My calories is a really awesome idea but the issue was it just isn’t accurate at all and it would basically tell me different calories for the same picture I would upload and like it wouldn’t really understand anything like that I put in my sandwich and it just wasn’t reliable, but after using NutriSync, I can confidently say this is the most accurate AI scanner ever made. It’s actually crazy how it breaks down all the ingredients and asks me all these smart questions.

### 5/5 — Sleep, Rest, Train

*2026-05-06*

Very accurate information, helps you stay on track for your goals

### 5/5 — This is the best app ever

*2026-05-04*

I am so sexy now because I used this app. I used to be a fat chud now I am hot.

### 3/5 — Unimpressed

*2026-05-03*

For a paid app, there are many bugs that pop up often. It also claims to be high % accurate, and I know ai won't be very accurate, but it often marks a small amount of food as an unrealistic amount of calories.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2026-05-01*

This specific calorie tracking app is good because it makes it easy to track everything you eat in one place. It has a large food database, so users can quickly search meals and snacks. The app also shows calories and nutrients, which helps people make smarter food choices. It can track progress over time, making goals easier to reach. Overall, this app is helpful because it is simple, organized, and supports a healthy lifestyle.

### 5/5 — THE BEST TRACKING APP

*2026-05-01*

I’ve used several other tracking apps and NutriSync has the most precise, intelligent way of counting cals and macros! It’s super easy to use and FAST results. 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

### 5/5 — Great App!

*2026-04-26*

This app is 100% worth it, I love being able to track my meals accurately.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2026-04-26*

Super impressed with this app. Just snap a picture of your food and it actually gives accurate calories and macros. I like how it asks quick follow-up questions instead of guessing, which makes it way more reliable than other apps. It’s fast, simple, and keeps my daily targets updated automatically. Definitely one of the best calorie tracking apps I’ve used!

SMARTER LIFT LOGGING
Pick an exercise you've never done and the starting weight now comes from the lifts you HAVE logged — not a generic chart. Log an incline dumbbell press and your first lateral raise, cable row, and leg press all move with it. Bodyweight, sex, and training age still count; your own numbers just count more.

We also retuned the strength standards themselves. The old tables were too conservative across the board — a 160 lb lifter six months in was being handed 20 lb dumbbells. Every starting suggestion now reads like what someone with that much time under the bar actually lifts.

Re-picking an exercise you've trained still prefills exactly what you lifted last time, with a one-tap "Try 25 lb x 10" chip when it's time to add weight. Nothing gets logged that you didn't do.

Dumbbell lifts now say "lb/hand" on every set, so there's no guessing whether a number means one bell or two. Editing a suggested set moves all of its sets at once instead of making you fix the same number three times.

Exercise history now looks back six months instead of six weeks, so a lift you train every couple of months no longer falls back to an estimate.
