This app has really helped steer me in the right direction for figuring out how much I should eat calorie and macro wise. Love the easy to use data base and app features!

This app is super helpful! I’m trying to improve my overall health by increasing nutrient intake and this app is exactly what I needed to have a measurable way to track this. Love the simplicity of it and the design is great. Highly recommend!
