### 2/5 — Too general

*2026-06-28, version 1.3.11*

I asked about flourish pancake mix and it did come up but only offered one of the several ones Flourish makes and I know they differ in nutritional information.

### 3/5 — Metric Measurements

*2025-07-13, version 1.3.11*

Having to convert metric measurements is a hassle. Everything is based on 100g rather than US based serving sizes.

### 3/5 — It’s decent

*2025-04-06, version 1.3.11*

So I can type in anything and mostly get an answer. It’s helpful, but it would be nice if the barcode scanner actually worked. Kinda useless

### 4/5 — the scan thing wouldn't work

*2025-01-25, version 1.3.11*

great app but my scan barcode things do not work

### 2/5 — Not accurate information

*2024-08-21, version 1.3.11*

Everything I looked up, I double checked with the actual labels. Portion sizes and/or nutrient percentages were all wrong. This was no help to me.

### 5/5 — Best tool for diabetes

*2024-08-17, version 1.3.11*

How many carb in a McDonald’s Big Mac? Simply enter “McDonald’s Big Mac” go! How about “Spaghetti “? Simply enter it and search. Nothing could be easier. When frequently updated, this app has become my greatest asset for diabetes control. It appears to be almost perfect in the simplicity of its operation. My only suggestion is to the food industry - portion size should alway contain weight info. To the app author-Fantastic job, brilliant! My only suggestion is provide a way within the app to provide feedback, and an app identification page so we can correctly identify the app when recommending it

### 5/5 — The best nutrition reference

*2024-07-28, version 1.3.11*

This is a forgiving app .
I enter shortened request, misspelled request ,partial request and I can find the information.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2024-06-21, version 1.3.11*

When I need to know how many carbs and fiber are in foods this is the app to use. It also lets you know how much alcohol sugars a product has. Fast food products are broke down too. Sometimes it is a wake up call when you see what is in it! Thanks!

### 5/5 — Banana

*2024-05-09, version 1.3.11*

First time I use this, it works every time.

### 5/5 — Great

*2024-03-14, version 1.3.11*

Great easy to use for food health. Handy for quick Info.

### 5/5 — Best App for calorie counting

*2024-03-13, version 1.3.11*

This is easy to use and delivers the information you want. I haven’t found any food items I was interested in not available with this app.

### 4/5 — 4/5

*2024-01-20, version 1.3.10*

Thankful for this app. I use it often.

Thorough database but could use some quality of life updates.

### 2/5 — New to the CKD loop, potassium limited

*2024-01-02, version 1.3.10*

The app only provides minimal information, leaving out potassium, so I uninstalled it. Many people are potassium and/or phosphorus limited and want a way to check components too often omitted from labels.

### 2/5 — Not using the current FDA nutrition label requirements

*2023-10-22, version 1.3.10*

This app doesn’t have the FDA’s current labeling requirements to show vitamin D and Potassium.

### 3/5 — Great app, but needs a sort feature.

*2023-08-06, version 1.3.10*

As a Type 1 diabetic for 34 years, I use this app to show the number of carbs for restaurants and fast food. The app is great, except the info per restaurant is not sortedin anyway. You can search for the restaurant, then the different sizes of say French fries are not grouped together.
If there was a way to sort alphabetically it would be much easier to use.

### 5/5 — So helpful

*2023-07-20, version 1.3.10*

I love this app. Simple to use, comprehensive range of information. Makes dealing with my insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor a breeze. Thank you!!

### 5/5 — Tremendous Nutrition Resource

*2023-05-26, version 1.3.10*

Soda, different sizes etc 8 oz, 12 oz, 24 oz, fountain S,M,L
And allow personal additions,( that could also be used for the database.
Thanks

Crash when use the barcode scan.

### 1/5 — Annoying pop up

*2022-05-13, version 1.3.10*

I click on the camera and the app closes.

### 1/5 — Not Accurate

*2022-05-02, version 1.3.10*

Downloaded the app and checked the food options from a restaurant against the restaurants nutrition facts on their website. The sodium content on this app was lower on every item on this app than the restaurant published. Deleting the app.

### 1/5 — No default serving size?

*2022-03-27*

This app is pointless it doesn't even let me choose a default serving size of 100g. You can't be serious asking me to change serving size on every search.

### 1/5 — Potassium

*2022-02-07, version 1.3.10*

Doesn’t list potassium value

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Is this up to date? 2025?

*2025-06-17, version 1.3.11*

I really like the app but was wondering if it is current. Thank you. Because everything I look up has no nutritional value which wouldn’t surprise me but just wondering if this app is current. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Exactly what I needed

### 5/5 — Diabetes

*2024-09-29, version 1.3.11*

I count carbs to know how much insulin to take. This app has been perfect for providing much needed information! Simple and easy to use.

Loving this app!!!

### 5/5 — Great and simple

*2024-09-02, version 1.3.11*

Fast, no ads, clean. Straight to the point. Maybe a function to add things into a list to calculate a daily total would be welcome, but as it is, it’s perfect for now.

### 5/5 — Great alternative to all the “premium” calory trackers

*2024-09-01, version 1.3.11*

Title. I like this because it’s free. No stupid bells and whistles that get in the way of the basic functions.

### 5/5 — Excellent for Carb management

*2024-08-22, version 1.3.11*

This app is invaluable in helping me manage my carbohydrate intake. It’s easy to use and has a huge amount of products available in an easy to use format. The only suggestion I would make is that it would be nice to have a recently used list. Would just make it easier to find and double check what I had yesterday. Thanks for a terrific app.
