How it works

- A rule-based Insight Engine looks for patterns over 7, 30, or 90 days — things like consistently low fiber, or breakfasts light on protein.
- When a pattern is found, NutritionFlow explains it in plain language, with the evidence behind it and how much data it's based on. Nothing is hidden.
- Every explanation is educational, never diagnostic. NutritionFlow always encourages talking to a healthcare professional for anything significant or persistent — it's a starting point for understanding, not a replacement for one.
