Subscribed for their tier 1 services in early April (2/4/24). Faced some issues with the app and sent in TWO support messages 3-4 working days apart.

No replies, no support provided up till the last day of subscription ended. Disappointed in their services and wasted my money.

The app just showed a blank screen when open, tried to re-download the app but problem still persist. Tried to sign in as new user but app keeps loading but no progress??

Used it to record daily calories intake. After the ‘enhancement’, it’s no longer free to use to record calories intake.

I paid $49.99 for the premium app, the app crashed, no one attended to my query, and I’m prompted again to make another payment of $49.99 few days after I’ve made initial payment. I too did not get the support I needed after payment. It’s like a dead app. I couldn’t ask for refund back as well as no one from heartvoice replied my email. The app has true potential but unfortunately it couldn’t deliver what it promised.

Tried creating account via email option - nope - the app doesn’t allow by disabling nickname field. Why allow an option that doesn’t work - so is it forcing me to create ID via other options? Nope, I rather not use the app.

I think the calories displayed (max, consumed and burnt) in the dashboard is a bit confusing, and less straightforward. I prefers the way MyFitnessPal used. Please improve this.

This is a good/ easy to use app- I am able to find all singapore hawker food, popular cuisine - including Mr Coconut in the menu. The food selection is very wide. The only set back is the calories quota is quite low so it’s quite demotivating at the start,  but overtime, you will learn to control and make better food choices!

The app is easy to use for tracking my calories & steps — it even provides me with healthier recommendations when I log my food. Subscribing to the Pro version also gave me access to a full breakdown of my nutrient intake!

It’s definitely helped me make healthier choices when it comes to my diet 😊
