Nesse período 3 profissionais deixaram a plataforma o que eu exigiu que eu reiniciasse o plano alimentar a cada troca. Além disso um 4º profissional não compareceu a consulta agendada. Nas poucas consultas que realizei o profissional entrava na reunião com um atraso superior ao tempo da própria consulta. Os atendimentos sempre foram apressados sem muito espaço para falar. Não tenho críticas à plataforma: ela é fácil de usar e funciona bem. O motivo de eu desistir de utilizar o benefício é porque fiz duas consultas e nunca recebi meu plano alimentar. Na primeira consulta, a nutricionista informou que enviaria meu plano alimentar em até 10 dias. Passados 12 dias, eu ainda não havia recebido nada. Resolvi trocar de profissional e a segunda nutricionista me informou um prazo de 7 dias para o envio do plano. Hoje esse prazo também se encerrou e, novamente, não recebi o plano alimentar.
