I used to constantly forget to drink water, but this app has completely changed that. It keeps me hydrated with helpful reminders, and the free barcode scanning feature is a huge bonus!

This app has allowed me to track my calories, and is especially useful for the times that I don’t want to enter in my daily intake specifically and I can just utilize the AI analyzing features, it gives me tips on recipes and exercises and has really helped motivated me into keeping track of my nutrition goals. I’ve lost 12 pounds so far.
