## What is Nutryfit?

What should I eat this week? Nutryfit turns your goals, food preferences and daily habits into a personalized meal plan you can actually use.

YOUR WEEK, PLANNED
Get a 7-day menu based on your profile, preferred cuisines and eating habits. See your meals, estimated calories and macros together, then open a recipe for ingredients and cooking instructions.

A PLAN THAT FITS REAL LIFE
Want something different? Explore meal swaps and check their nutrition information. Your shopping list brings together the ingredients from your plan, with pantry tools to help you see what you already have.

MEET LUNA
Chat with Luna about your meals and plan. Premium also includes voice food logging, so you can describe what you ate. Follow your logged meals, calorie balance and weight trend in one place.

START WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION
Create your first personalized 7-day plan for free, with recipes and a shopping list. Your account also includes a total of 3 meal swaps and 5 Luna replies to explore these features. Your existing plan remains available to read.

NUTRYFIT PREMIUM
Choose a monthly or annual subscription for new weekly plans, continued meal swaps, Luna conversations and voice food logging. Eligible new subscribers can try Premium free for 7 days. Apple determines trial eligibility; the offer and local renewal price are shown before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation or when the free trial ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Nutrition values and goal projections are estimates. Nutryfit supports everyday meal planning and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
