### 1/5 — Evidence-Based… Where’s the Evidence?

I want other users to be aware that, as far as I’ve been able to find, the Nutu app does not appear to have any published scientific studies validating its claims or methodology.
For an app that presents itself as evidence based or health focused, I expected to see peer-reviewed research, clinical trials, or publicly available data supporting its effectiveness. I was unable to locate that information. After spending more time investigating I learned this is because it simply doesn’t exist.  

Before paying for or relying on this app, I strongly encourage others to do their own research and ask the company for transparent evidence supporting its claims. When it comes to health and wellness, scientific backing matters. Be careful when reviewing their “white paper” it’s important to recognize that their product was not used while doing their “research.”

I tried signing up patiently 4-5 times and it doesn’t go past the sign up screen and it wiped out the phone number and the personal details I gave during the sign up. I might try this up in few months if I see it to be any better. Uninstalling now

This app is too tedious and sort of demoralizing to use.  If doing the effort of entering my data in 3x a day is going to result in me being given a “failing grade”, sorry… not what I need in my life,  not helping.

It needs to do more and be a positive.

This app really helped me focus on my health and get back to basics. I’ve learned so much from the tree of widsdom and the coach. I’ve already lost 10 pounds and improved my A1C. I’m well on my way to reversing prediabetes thanks to Nutu App! Love the Nutu score and how I never have to count calories or macros anymore!
