It’s a lot of scrolling and checking. Also needs more styles and if something is popular we need multiple units in that size. It’s very hard to find a full 6 styles you want. ### 2/5 — Service is great but app keeps messing up *2026-08-22, version 1.73.0* This app is constantly bugging out. It doesn’t load. When it does work, you’ll be looking through items, change the category, and it doesn’t load anything again. You have to constant refresh the app, turn off your vpn, and it still won’t work. It’s been like this for months and seems to be getting worse. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS!!! ### 3/5 — Not as good as rent the runway *2026-06-05, version 1.69.2* I have been using Nuuly for about a year now. The biggest downfall is that they don’t care for their clothing very well. The cleaner that they use is very potent. I almost always put all of the clothes directly into the washing machine upon reciept. it takes about a week for it to arrive after ordering it. And you need to get it back to them in time. So it’s really not a monthly rental. Rent the runway has the best logistics and this is not even comparable. Nuuly arrives very wrinkled.. And sometimes the clothes are so misshapen or shrunken or damaged. That being said, it is a collection of very good brands. So if you have the patience to iron and wash everything once you get it then it’s fine. But with the shrinkage, it is often that you can’t wear anything that you rented. And their customer service care to help you with that ### 4/5 — Great Service, App is Buggy *2026-05-25, version 1.69.0* Not sure what happened with these last couple of updates but the app is SO buggy now! Every minute or so, the four icons at the bottom (home, search, closet, bag) will disappear and I have to close the app if I want to get into my bag or something. Additionally, the screen will lag when I scroll and jump back up several swipes. Super annoying :/ I have a secure wifi connection and have never experienced this prior to the recent updates! But I will say, I love Nuuly so much and will continue to use it despite these bugs! The customer service is wonderful and they have a great selection of items. However, I am becoming increasingly frustrated that the items I now want to rent are never available in my size when it’s time to curate a new box. I wait days or hours for all the items to line up in my size or spend that same amount of time search for alternatives that also might suddenly not be in available in my size anymore once I’m ready to order. On top of this, the quality of the items is noticeably deteriorating while the prices to buy are increasing, and I no longer find it a “deal” to buy from the box. Due to these factors, I no longer find this service to be a value to me and my next box will likely be my last. ### 1/5 — Glitch in App *2026-04-09, version 1.67.0* I love Nuuly, so this is really meant as more of an FYI for dev team. It’s basically impossible to find/look for clothes. After you scroll once or twice it just continues to repopulate the same clothes as you just saw. ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Support *2026-04-08, version 1.67.0* It is not possible to get ahold of a person. My package was lost and I keep getting charged every month because I cannot return lost clothing. It does not let me click on any buttons and I have the newest phone with the newest update. I can click on the app but once I’m in, I cannot click on anything it stays on the front page. I can’t do anything once I am in the app so I’m not sure what’s going on. I love the clothes and everything but I mean, I just can’t use the app. And every time I try to just use the online version…when I click on the website it takes me to the broken app. ### 1/5 — You will NOT get the items you want and they will still charge you! They take your money, SAY they are shipping your items, then give you completely different items and STILL charge you the full price! No refunds, ZERO warning. Ugh I’m so over it, happens every single time. Waste. Don’t support them. Would love to use the phone app. Frozen on opening page. Can’t even scroll or select anything. It is frozen on the first page and doesn’t allow me to scroll or select any options like going to my lists or closets. Just stuck on the main page. Better apps for rentals *2026-07-19, version 1.71.0* There are better clothing subscription apps out there. They have a nice selection of clothing options but the app and its general UI SUCKS. App is constantly crashing, terrible interface issues, the overall design feels dated and old. You should be able to get a box on demand when you want it. This note is for your app team. I couldn’t find another way to send this to your dev team. I think there’s a bug in the app. I was cleaning out my closet. When I remove more than two things from my closet, my closet glitches and says that I need to remove filters.
