But there are some immediate attentions needed. In the App, the middle menu is reserved jut for search. Better to keep News or Research here. Or give us a way to customise. Also only Dark Mode is available. Sometime app lags. ### 2/5 — Meh *2024-10-10, version 4.5.28* The app was good before but has gone down. 1. Feels like there is no quality control every other day something or the other stops working. 2. The app keeps changing. In 2 years I think they have reworked reports section like 4 times. Just when I am getting used to the look n feel and getting comfortable they decide to change it. 3. Less is more. Stop adding more features and improve the feature that the app already has. What makes Groww and zerodha better is not the performance or the features it’s the quality and simplicity. ### 3/5 — Bring gtt order feature *2024-06-17, version 4.5.22* Sorry I was satisfied by the GUI of the app and all but badly missing the GTT feature because of which i am withdrawing my investments migrating to another broker. Even some friends of mine told me that they would've used nuvama broker if they had GTT feature available. ### 4/5 — User interface *2024-03-07, version 4.5.17* The app overall is good. Can be more user friendly. Especially tabs like Funds, holding, watchlist of Stocks can be made easily accessible as per my opinion. The number of clicks to reach these tabs now is high. ### 4/5 — Need to improve more. *2023-07-29, version 4.5.5* Edelwiess has made many good changes in the application and they have also worked upon my suggestions. Now, I have a few more suggestions but the feedback link is not working. It signs me into the app again instead of taking me to compose email in gmail. My feedbacks: 1. Intraday reports, Short gain & long term reports, should be shown different. So that it is easy for the clients to file their ITR3. Currently we have equity and Derivatives reports. Equity does not show which intraday trading in it. 2. Please provide an option to sell shares in buyback in the left side menu. Why are we behind other brokers? 3. We were ahead of other brokers in providing details about upcoming IPOs and results. In the same way can’t we provide information about upcoming and ongoing buybacks? Their record date, opening date and closing dates? 4. Give an option in settings to set preferences. For ex: If someone is a day trader he goes to preferences and select the intraday. Allow us to set NSE or BSE as the preference from where to buy the stock. Allow us to set preference for product type, order type, validity as well. This will save our time in trading. 5. NFO option can also be given while trading instead of giving it in quotes. 5. If someone is already having shares of a company he should get the option to sell preselected. 6. Allow us to set alerts for all our existing shares all at once if they rise or fall by 10%, 20% or 30%. This will keep us alert without loging into the application. This will give us an upper hand to other brokers. This setting should be set by default. Users should be able to change the percentage for alert. 7. While selecting expiry and strike price in options or futures if we change one the other is to be selected again. Why can’t we keep the other same? ### 3/5 — App with bugs *2023-05-22, version 4.5.0* If one wish to move to any other section in the APP e.g. to Home or Markets or Search after performing an action at Orders & Positions section, this application hangs or takes a lot of time and continue to do so even after reaching to other sections. This issue persists since many weeks. ### 3/5 — Improvement in MTF section *2023-05-04, version 4.4.24* There is no section to understand how much we have traded in MTF and how much in capital. It doesn’t give proper info about the profit and loss in MTF section. Need to be integrated this feature soon as this is very important for every day trader. ### 2/5 — Lots of bugs and crashes *2023-01-12, version 4.4.16* The news section doesn’t work in AppStore app and don’t know how apple approved the app. The app crashes many times when you click on the portfolio or on your limit section… The bug is not fixed for a long time. Facing issues to even login without any glitch to site while failed to access even switchover between commodities and equities accounts ! Tried to contact support system but pathetic response and no solution . Can’t even imagine that any broker can have so frustrating accounts accessing interface and customer queries resolution system ! ### 1/5 — Useless App and RM *2024-07-05, version 4.5.23* Do Not get onto this platform for trading. Firstly its very non user friendly for which I had given feedback an year back but in vein. Also the Relationship Managers dont respond when you need them the most nor they pick up the call nor. These people don’t even know where their new offices has been changed. Not at all user friendly. To do one transfer of shares there is a hell lot of process which is never ending. Do not waste your precious time and money on this nonsense app and their customer service. We keep getting unlimited number of nonsense mail from these people but when we try to reach out their office the address is not displayed any where in their website nor the customer service people are aware of it. I have wasted lot of time on this nonsense and stil have to waste more time till my shares are transferred. I REGRET having this stupid app and the way their company works. ### 1/5 — Not useful anymore *2023-04-12, version 4.4.21* It used to be best app for instant market notifications. Now i am not getting even single notification even after enabling settings option again from system & app also. And also just 5 market updates & 6 market commentary notification limit is totally foolish thing. Why would you even want to see only 5-6 updates in such a dynamic Indian market where every minute there is news! ### 1/5 — Every update to this app is regressive. *2023-04-10, version 4.4.21* 1) There is no link between screens, you start from one screen and end up on different screen. Example ,place and order and then on ‘Go Back’ 2) Use app for 10 minute and it will become eventually too slow to use. One need to kill and relaunch the app. Memory leaks? 3) Three dot menu is hard to work, screen offset. Now that anyways has taken over, it appears that their single objective is to make the app unusable, annoying and provide the simplest of information in a complex manner. The earlier app was perfect and was in fact too simplistic at times. Nuwama has unnecessarily complicated the app, and made it bad and with the latest update, worse. Quite shamelessly it gives the option to try the “New” version, even though that is the default and only version with no option to revert to the previous state of things.
