## What is Nuvex?

A fasting timer that respects you.

No account. No subscription. No ads. Your fasts, streaks, and weight stay on your own devices, and the timer works the moment you open the app.

THE TIMER
- One tap starts your fast; one tap ends it
- Live Activity and Dynamic Island keep the timer on your lock screen
- Educational stage descriptions as the hours pass
- Adjust the start time when you forgot to tap
- Start, end, or check a fast with Siri, the Home screen menu, or Control Center

FREE FOREVER
- The complete 16:8 plan with streaks and weekly progress, computed privately on your device
- Goal notifications, history logging, and CSV export of your own data

PRO, ONE PURCHASE
- Every interval plan: 12:12, 14:10, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, and custom hours
- Full history with editing, and the whole record kept
- Stats: averages, longest fast, week over week patterns
- Weight log with a trend line, and optional Apple Health sync for weight
- Custom reminders and streak protection
- Shared with your family through Family Sharing

ON EVERY DEVICE
- iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, with complications and widgets
- Start a fast on your wrist and finish it on your phone

HONEST BY DESIGN
- The whole privacy policy fits on one screen because there is nothing to disclose: no server, no analytics, no tracking
- This app is a timer, not medical advice. Fasting is not for everyone; talk to a doctor if you are unsure.

A Soft Computers product.
