Does not work on WiFi, watch faces will not upload to watch, no way to cancel even though it says it is a 1 time fee. Also the faces they have are not the ones they advertise. I bought a watch face for £3.99 which didn’t work properly but the next week I got two charges, one for £29.99 and one for £14.99 that I did not sign up for. It won’t let me cancel either it says I bought it online so I need to cancel online. I defo didn’t I used the app from the apple App Store ! The name on my bank is hubwf.app* Xshr and when I googled it there’s hundreds of terrible reviews all saying the same thing! I never consented to monthly charges and was never informed of them. I intend to file a formal complaint with the FTC and the Dept of Consumer Affairs in my state. I also am aware that the company is in Cyprus and complaints can be filed with the appropriate authorities there.
