The app is not working ever since my IPhone 11 Pro updated to the IOS 14. It’s saying failed to access DVR.

**Developer response:** Hello Bondiyt, this app certainly works from any internet connection, and works very well from 4G.  Your issue is likely related to firewall blocking your connection to your DVR or not connecting to an external IP or DDNS hostname.  If you need further assistance a computer tech can help you troubleshoot your network.
