This App and service the worst I have ever seen. The app crashes everytime you rotate the phone so you can never see full size of the video. Several Bug reports has been submitted. Also the quality is the worst ever.

The issue has been promptly addressed in our recent update to update v1.13.0. Please download and install the latest version Nuvico Xcel Mobile 1.13.0 and confirm it resolves your issue.  For the quality issue you are having this doesn’t sound like something related to the app. This may be related to the specific cameras and camera settings, or something else within your installation.
