Did you even try this before publishing. The worse app ever. I need a working app or I will change my banking Unbelievable a third grader can do better. ### 1/5 — Downgrade so far *2019-11-18, version 9.1.5* So far, I’m able to only see my transactions. I can no longer view my balance of either my checking or savings account. I also cannot see the status of my personal loan nor the balance of that anymore either. I also do not see the function of transferring money from my checking to my savings account. I literally can only see my past transactions. How I’m i supposed to pay loan?! This is beyond dumb who ever designed this needs to be fired. How are we supposed to access our bank?? I will be switching if this isn't fixed or changed back to the original. TERRIBLE. **Update** It's now Monday the 18th and guess what? The app isn't even working now and the website is still down. I will be switching banks. My debit card with NuVision has been compromised many times so now that I can’t even check my accounts with this it is really making me want to switch banks. Tired of this bank constantly changing things for the worse. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Glitchy, bugged out, & not user-friendly in any way. *2026-03-20, version 49.2.2* Nuvision’s automatic disabling/fraud detection system continuously auto-locks my card despite my manual disabling of those settings. When I go in the banking app to enable it again, it shuts itself off as soon as I exit the app. Okay, so I try to remedy this with the Card Management app instead— big surprise! The app won’t even open & load to be usable. The credit union is closed, so I can’t even call for assistance & now I’m going to have to eat late fees on my bills because I can’t transfer my money where it’s needed to pay them. This is more than frustrating & almost a bi-monthly occurrence and has me considering closing my account at this point. ### 1/5 — Zelle *2024-02-03, version 31.0.1* I've been trying to send money for the past 5 days through Zelle but I get an error saying it's not in use. So frustrating! I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different credit union. ### 1/5 — Bring back the old app *2020-03-18, version 10.1.3* The new app is not customer friendly! The mobile app does not show the screen correctly on my iPhone. Also,I didn’t see my paycheck deposit. I called customer service and was told the deposit showed on their end, but for unknown reasons, did not show on my end. I wonder what other transactions I’m not able to see. What was wrong with the previous app? Seriously this app serves absolutely no purpose especially to those of us with checking, savings and debit cards. This is strictly for your NuVision cards. Makes it super easy to check balances, see pending and approved transactions, make payments on cards or validate cards for travel.
