There is also no where to look to find out?? Needs work. ### 3/5 — Recent Update *2026-03-06, version 7.0.251200* I’ve used this app for a couple years. Budgeting is hard, so when you removed the due date from the individual loans in the app AND removed the ability to pick colors you just made it that much harder to interact with your product. All it does is clutter up the page and it doesn’t do a damn thing for anything I already know I’m on the Nuvision Credit Union. Get the kids out of the room and get an adult in there. ### 3/5 — New Frictionless Login is anything but *2026-02-12, version Update Prep* The app has been fine, but the latest frictionless login requires scanning my face 3 times before i can ever get to my account. Even after “enabling frictionless login” and clicking the “do not show this again,” i continue to get prompted with the same question every time i open the app. Just go back to your old login setup. I shouldn’t have to enable it every time i open the app. ### 4/5 — Messaging *2026-02-05, version Update Prep* Overall, I love this app. The thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars, is there is no secure messaging feature like on the website. Being that people are so reliant on their cellphones, wouldn’t it be prudent to have that available? Sure, they could go to their browser, navigate to the website, and sign in, but the app is more convenient. Please consider adding secure messaging. ### 3/5 — App to slow *2025-11-12, version Update Prep* From whatever they did the weekend of 11/09/2025, the apps don’t open. I have to try many times to log in. It’s one of the worse banking apps around. Too bad because Nuvision is a great banking service. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t Refresh *2025-10-12, version 4.0.5812* It works as you’d expect. The ability to turn your cards on and off is nice, but I prefer the other app for it. You’d expect that they’d show all charges and update when they’re made, but it doesn’t. In order to show recent charges you have to close the app entirely and restart/possibly login again because it doesn’t refresh your balance. I find myself constantly having to use the website instead of this app to find my actually updated balance. It takes a good 10-20mins for the balance to refresh in the app. Not to mention it doesn’t show pending charges or “verification” charges that some services do to make sure your card it real. For those you need to use the other app specifically for card management. ### 3/5 — Problem with displaying accounts *2025-08-12, version 4.0.5812* The app keeps asking to link the accounts to another bank but I don’t want to do that. It doesn’t show any of my checking or savings accounts when this happens too. I am having similar login issues as other users have reported where I am asked to verify MFA and Face ID only works once in a while. This app has been broken in different ways for a long time and I am losing hope that they will get it working like normal banking apps. Online banking is more important to me than going in-person. ### 3/5 — Login issues *2022-10-03, version 3.2.5720* I’m having the same issues as other users. App requires me to request access code every single time. For some reason the text option doesn’t work so I have to send the code to my email. Sometimes I’ll also get an error after logging in successfully. Besides those two issues, the app has been fine. Usability is a bit dated but works. Integration of Zelle feels a bit clunky. I should be able to pull Zelle recipients from my address book like the Zelle app or the Zelle on the Chase app. I’m hoping they’ll improve this in the future. ### 2/5 — secure access code on login *2022-09-29, version 3.2.5720* Not sure if it’s because i’m on the iOS beta or if it’s a recent app update, but without fail it asks me for a new secure access code when I login every. single. time. doesn’t matter how often I tell it to register my device, it refuses to. I paid off my car loan in full four months ago. When I called to find out why I hadn't received the title yet, they calmly told me they hadn't even processed the release! And that’s not to mention the many other infuriating things I’ve already gone through with them. My CU merged to NuVision and the app has a horrible registration workflow and user interface. It is missing key features the former CU app had, including the ability to have your accounts linked AND initiate transfers from one bank’s account to the CU’s account. It gives errors on setting up deposits with no explanation what the error means or how to fix it. Basically cutting off all ways to electronically move money into the account from other accounts.
