I’ve had the system for five years. I’ve never been able to get it work perfectly and the zones will disappear and appear randomly with no real explanation or reason for it. It will say it there’s no connection but the lights for the zone are good and I’m on the right network. Such a hassle and no helpful support. Now, they’re ending support anyway. We never have music available for gatherings when we want it, and then randomly it works from time to time with no rhythm or reason.
