I have many Legrand products in my home that I’m very happy with.  The Nuvo products and app are the exception.  The app is very glitchy and unreliable.  Quite often it can’t even find the Nuvo products on my network, and it’s not my phone because this happens on all our devices.  I have nine Nuvo P200 players, installed in 2020.  Three of them have died and the product is discontinued so there’s no replacing them.  The app hasn’t had a software update since 2020 - a pretty sure sign that the manufacturer has stopped supporting this system.  Don’t waste your money on this - buy Sonos instead.  I also have some Sonos products that I bought in 2014, and those still work flawlessly.  Sonos continues to update the software and come out with new products.  The only reason I didn’t install Sonos throughout my new house in 2020 is the integrator that wired my home wasn’t a Sonos dealer and talked me into using Nuvo.  That has proven to be a huge waste of thousands of dollars.  Eventually I’m going to have to dump all my Nuvo stuff and upgrade to Sonos like I should have done to begin with.

La app parte, fino a qualche mese fa riuscivo a sentire musica da Spotify premium (sottoscritto per poterlo ascoltare qui) da un mese a questa parte vedo nei dispositivi gli altoparlanti ma non si connette…riavviato il router connesso per 2 minuti e poi nn si connette più…risolvete grazie

Non funziona con Spotify, di cui paghiamo regolarmente l’abbonamento premium; quando la si avvia bisogna farsi il segno della croce e sperare che riesca a fare ascoltare almeno i suoi canali radio.
Entra in conflitto e non si interfaccia in modo stabile col sistema bTicino.
Oscena.

This is hands down the worst smart home/IOT app I’ve ever had to use. It’s literally worked once, and then randomly worked one more time. And it screwed up my ability to regularly connect to my Spotify through the native “devices” function. Awful. All around awful.

I’ve had many problems with this system. Very limited capabilities of what it can play. Cannot find a way to play a podcast. Very frustrating. Do not spend your money. It doesn’t want interface with most tech in our home. Huge waste of money and it eats up our time trying.

Numerous problems experienced with Nuvo. Software updates are practically non-existent. And when i did one, it shut down our system!

I often have to reboot the router to get the system to work. Last time i had a problem — with Apple music — the customer rep said he would get back to me, never did, then his email reply said he left the firm. 

We bought our equipment less than 3 years ago yet now find out it’s discontinued.

Touchscreen for the wall is too small and is so insensitive it is nearly worthless.

App inaccessibile ed inutilizzabile, dopo aver speso migliaia di euro di impianto

Le rarissime volte che si riesce, solo dopo aver spento e riacceso il telefono e/o il contatore della luce di casa si blocca dopo pochi minuti!!!!!

The Nuvo player amp with my Sonos speakers sound superb BUT and it’s a huge BUT, there are a whole bunch of glitches that will drive you crazy! 1) If you stream Sirius satelite radio it will play for about 35 minutes and then just drop it and when you try to connect it will tell you “channel not available” on everything, but after an hour it’s ready to go again. 2) This system falls off our network at least once a month and doesn’t auto re connect. You have to run a hard wire to your router and re introduce the player to the network. This is ridiculous! Antiquated technology! I am searching now for another option to replace Nuvo because after 7-8 months of this nonsense i’ve had it!

I love the idea of it. However, when playing playlists it gets stuck repeating the same song again and again. Or it interjects songs again into your music queue. Issues with volume also, sometimes louder randomly than other times. None of these issue if listening to radio.

If you want to use Tunein in the UK ( one of the few streaming services supported ) be warned that it hasn’t worked with any Global radio stations for nearly a year. Legrand are aware but don’t seem to know how to fix it. Real shame as it’s a good system but given the dominance of Global radio in the UK it makes most of he popular radio stations unavailable.

Buon prodotto musicale ottimo audio ma manca la possibilità di streaming con Apple Music visto che nella popolazione 80% anno Apple. Ne avrei venduti molti più impianti se avesse avuto Apple Music.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!


Just read the one star reviews and all of them are accurate. I’ve had the system for five years. I’ve never been able to get it work perfectly and the zones will disappear and appear randomly with no real explanation or reason for it. There is no support and I’m told the system has to be replaced because it’s outdated.

Incredibile nel 2024 un app cosi scomoda e poco intuitiva. É possibile che devo scaricare un altra app dal computer (che non é compatibile con le nuove versioni, quindi non funziona) per dover collegare il mio account di spotify? In pratica ho un sistema audio in casa e non posso utilizzarlo perche Legrand e Novo non sono in grado di fare un software che funzioni come dio comanda

The app only works periodically to play music through the home speaker system he had built in. It will say it there’s no connection but the lights for the zone are good and I’m on the right network. Such a hassle and no helpful support. Now, they’re ending support anyway. We never have music available for gatherings when we want it, and then randomly it works from time to time with no rhythm or reason. Makes me so mad.

I love the way this app lays out my music zone control, especially on the iPad! The addition of the input sensitivity adjustment for Line Inputs is great; very much needed for connecting our personal devices to make the volume equal to that of streaming services.

Awesome system. Well worth the investment. I love being able to play different streams in different rooms and easily combine rooms for parties. I love it. The app is super easy to use as well.
