This app is difficult to use! The login procedure is over complicated for a service app. The wAWa verification only works if cell signal is strong, otherwise I cannot log in. The search bar doesn’t work, it removes the service call even though it is in the list. Most of the time when in the app it locks or buffers and is not usable.

This app has too many issue.  Every update just changes what has the issue.  Now, I have to cancel every transaction and reset the app to move forward after updating a WO.  It will just get stuck on the wheel till I can cancel and restart the app.

This app is terrible. If I start a ticket there is no way for me to back out of it and check for other calls without being kicked off and time started is no longer reflected, like I didn’t clock in at all. And, if I leave the app unattended for more than 5 minutes, the app shuts down and I have to go through starting the app all over again just to get back to where I was when it shut down. A real pain in the butt to use! Also I am not notified when I get a new work order and I used to get notified.

Keeps kicking me off, resigning and deleting apps to reboot it lot more worked and worth a lot of work from kicking off in the middle of the work order. Does not save info or when you hit the play button does save. Takes forever to load up Work Orders.

You shouldn’t have to uninstall an entire application in order for it to be up-to-date. This is the worst system imaginable, and every second using this makes me want to use a carrier pigeon instead, as it would be more reliable and effective even though they’re extinct.
