Nuwa is a private, local-first wellness rhythm tracker for adults, couples, and partners.

Record meaningful wellness sessions with type, partner, time, half-star rating, notes, and duration. Start a session timer on iPhone, or use Apple Watch to link timing and heart-rate samples when available. After the session, Nuwa helps you complete the record with partner and rating details.
