## What is NV Impact?

NV Impact is an independently developed educational and reference tool designed to support firefighters, fire service students, instructors, and emergency responders who work within or around Nevada’s published fire training and certification standards.

This app provides convenient mobile access to study aids, practice materials, skill sheets, reference guides, and other non-sensitive information commonly used by individuals preparing for fire service training or professional development.

NV Impact is not an official government service and does not provide certification, exam administration, or access to state records. It does not store, transmit, or request sensitive personal information.

Anyone may download and use the app. NV Impact is designed as a general-purpose companion resource for the wider fire service community, similar to other publicly available fire and EMS reference apps.

Miscellaneous fixes and improvements and support for push notifications which may be used to alert course attendees of important changes as well as providing timely notifications to administrators requesting resources or submitting new course details.

Numerous administrative functions were added allowing agency partners to request tests, training props and more. The logo was also changed to reflect the apps association with the Nevada State Fire Marshal Training Bureau.

Beside several bug fixes, we've made the UI a little easier to use. Additionally, there are new features for agency administrators to view student transcripts, request new courses, request training props and review student profiles.
