I created my account and immediately went to download the app . When I attempted to log in the app continued to tell me there was an error please try later or incorrect username and password . I know it’s correct because I just registered on the website minutes prior . I checked the reviews 5 years ago users had the same issue as I did . I really wanted to add my insurance card to my wallet . Unfortunately I can ONLY through that via app . I really wish the app developer would resolve this issue .( iPhone user )

Poorly managed app - can’t even log into my account - even after multiple resets from the admins - keeps timing out. Stick to the website…

Who ever is on the development team has definitely not tested it . Each time I login it says invalid password. I reset it close the app and try to login again it says invalid password. NVA is tied with the low grade providers . Bad experiences using NVA insurance .

I love the idea of having an app to access my account BUT! 

Why is the font white on a light gray background on the login screen? THIS IS AN APP FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED, and even non visually impaired folks had a hard time seeing the text. PLEASE FIX. It’s corona season I’m sure there is a developer somewhere sitting at home bored that can fix this in 5 minutes.

We looked into your comment, but found the font color to be black on a light gray screen which passes standards to accommodate the visually impaired. So simple to find my benefit information. I like how the provider locator tells me the number of frames a eye doctor has in stock that are covered by my benefit.

This is terrific! I was able to find a local provider!  I love the graphics and how easy it was to navigate and see my benefits also!  I highly recommend subscribers use this!!
