This phone still works fine. This almost feels like black mail if I want to keep using the nvb mobile app I will have to BUY a new phone. If you don’t actually log out of the app and only swipe out of it, it will eventually lock you out of the app and you can’t get in. you have to call the bank to have them unlock you. happens at least once a month. other banking apps i use don’t do that. very frustrating. ### 4/5 — Keeps locking my account *2023-04-11, version 22.2.200* I have to contact customer service which is only active 8am-5pm Mon-Friday to unlock my account if I want to check my bank account. Otherwise I have no acess they kept saying we’re sorry we don’t know what’s wrong. Works perfectly fine other than that and have no other critique my password is correct we’ve changed my username ect. Love banking with NVB but it stinks not being able to acess my bank account I do make sure to log out so it doesn’t time me out and lock my account but it does it anyways.
