## What is Nventori?

Nventori is a hyper-local inventory finder for dense retail environments — tech markets, bazaars, malls, and multi-vendor shopping centers. Instead of guessing which stall or shop has what you want, see what's actually in stock near you, right now.

FOR BUYERS:
• Search by product name or scan a barcode to instantly see which nearby stalls and shops carry it
• View results as a list or on a map, with distance, hours, and seller ratings
• Adjust your search radius to discover more options around you
• Skip the wandering — go straight to the seller who has the item in hand
• Verify the right shop before you go, then buy in person
• Make a price offer when a seller is open to it, and track responses in real time
• Rate and review sellers after each visit

FOR SELLERS:
• Register your stall and scan barcodes to build your inventory in seconds
• Automatic product lookup — just scan and the name fills in
• Set your own prices, business hours, address, and currency
• Open for business daily with one tap so buyers know you're active
• Get discovered by nearby buyers searching for exactly what you stock
• Receive offers from interested buyers with real-time push notifications
• Accept, decline, or counter with a single tap
• Hold items briefly after agreeing so the buyer can come collect
• Build your reputation through buyer ratings and reviews

WHY NVENTORI:
The things worth leaving home for — the rare, the specialty, the one-of-a-kind — are exactly what's hardest to find online. Nventori puts the inventory of the shops and stalls around you on the map, so you can find what's nearby, see who has it, and get it today.

HOW IT WORKS:

Sellers scan their products and set prices
Buyers search for what they need and see all nearby options
Buyers head to the right seller — or make an offer first when bidding is open
Both parties can negotiate in real time via push notifications
Buyer arrives and completes the purchase in person
Both rate each other to build community trust
Nventori turns chaotic, crowded markets into an organized, transparent way to find what you need nearby.

A few notes on what I changed and why:

Lead is now discovery/find-it-nearby, with bidding moved to a single secondary bullet on each side and into step 3 (with the "when bidding is open" hedge, in case the feature isn't live for every seller).
Dropped the QR-code transaction step entirely — it's mentioned twice in the original and reads as a committed, shipped flow. If QR scan-to-confirm is actually live in the build you're submitting, say so and I'll add it back.
Added a "Why Nventori" block that does the online-marketplace contrast and physical-presence framing.
Kept "radius" and "real-time notifications" since those are concrete and true.
