Fantastic support! *2017-05-02* I recently purchased this app to correct vibration problems with my vehicle. Initially there were problems, I got quick support which corrected the problems, now the app works great. The videos for correcting the vibration problems are first rate in showing how to correct any problems you might be having with your vehicle. I highly recommend this app for your toolbox. ### 5/5 — Great App *2017-03-27* This app was a great help in trying to make the dealership take my vibration issue seriously. It gave me data to back up what I was feeling. Well worth the money. ### 5/5 — Just get it! *2017-02-16* This has been an invaluable app at my shop and in the field doing vehicle inspections. Proves the point every time. You may know from your experience the source of the vibration, but this app will give you the empirical data to pinpoint the source of a vibration. Compared to the other equipment available to perform these tests which costs thousands, this app is a great value. Good stuff, just get it! ### 5/5 — Engineer *2017-02-10* I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to diagnose a vibration. It's an excellent app with excellent support. The videos have been priceless in helping diagnose and repair vibrations that my mechanic said he didn't want to even try to diagnose. At a time when the car manufacturer recommended throwing parts at my car (first wheels, then driveshafts) this application helped me narrow the problem down to a much cheaper part. I've even used it on test drives while looking for a new car for my wife. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Very Disappointed *2019-11-07* Had two vehicles with drive shaft problems. One was a trailblazer that turned out to be a badly worn out rear u-joint which became much worse with acceleration. Despite confirming the proper setting on the app and a lengthy test drive, NO drive shaft vibration were noted on the app. The next was a Chevy Colorado with an annoying vibration that was worse between 50 and 70 MPH. Also showed NO indication of drive shaft vibration. After exhausting tires, rims, rotors, and the like, had the drive shaft balanced, the vibration was gone. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We look forward to hearing from you. ### 1/5 — I do not recommend, save your money. *2019-09-19* The app doesn’t show what corner or where the vibration is coming from, just that there is one and the entire list of many places you can look at - I already know that - pointless . The app has no trial or option for a refund. The company behind the app just took $400 for no value to me - don’t make the same mistake as me. I tried to contact them via the support link and of course, I didn’t hear back. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. The NVH app can help you determine which corner of the vehicle is responsible for the vibration by comparing the amplitude levels at each corner. Once the corner of the vehicle is identified, a list showing step-by-step instructions is displayed to help you determine the cause of the type of vibration identified. We look forward to hearing from you. ### 2/5 — Changing your phone *2018-01-23* Be careful when you purchase this app. I purchased this app and had an iPhone. I was concerned about paying this much for an app. I call the developer before I purchased and ask about the app if I went away from an iPhone. I talked with the developers son and he told me he was not sure at that time how that would work. Well my phone contract is up and I went to an Android based phone, I contacted the developer and to my disappointment it does not transfer. This is a lot of money to pay for an app that makes you tied down to a phone brand. You better be sure about you phone before you buy. now the app works great when I had it. Very disappointed I spent that much money and it gone. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback. We are not aware of any paid app that lets you transfer your purchase from iPhone to Android or vice versa. Our developers need to get paid for their hard work developing for both platforms. When I purchase Apple software for my MacBook laptop computer, I do not expect it to transfer to my Microsoft Windows based laptop. You will always own the iOS version of the app if you ever get another iOS device. Love using this app for weird concerns or training newbies. Right now you can only print the PDF readout which is useless to me and the customer. I would rather print the graphed data. Happy new year! ### 5/5 — Great NVH!! *2025-11-20* I’m a Porsche Foreman and I came across this App a few years ago and it’s been nothing but amazing! Works flawlessly. Very accurate and helpful. Compared to PicoScope NVH tool it’s definitely a great tool. I would love to see a microphone feature that could capture sounds for better diagnosis. ### 5/5 — Still tinkering. But it is looking good so far *2023-10-06* I have been working on acoustical diagnostic processes for a little while. My direction is on seizing and harnessing different signal capturing and transmission of vibrations and more direct analysis as compared to a program tic analysis like this app features. In my approach I am acquiring signals from the engine, to include engine rpm from cylinder 1 spark plug during events then visually looking for correlating events from concurrent signals being recorded. It I a more raw and base way of doing what this iPhone app does for me so eloquently. I can see how this app can be extremely useful in my diagnostic approaches.
