Told me that I am responsible for checking in 48 hours to see if my form had been accepted via nv medicaid app. So I downloaded the app, but the interface is exactly the same as website, no new information about my MCO change. And they wonder why the phone lines are always busy and their personnel resources stretched so thin. It’s the worst medical app I’ve ever used. Has zero information of mine in there and it’s a crapshoot whenever it works, which is hardly ever. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — 2FA Broken *2026-08-27, version 5.1 (2)* Was never able to log in after setting up my account. After entering the 2FA code, the keyboard persists and I can’t access the button to log in. At least I think that’s what it is. I can only see the shadow behind the keyboard and their code monkeys can’t grasp the concept of scroll because not everyone has a phone the size of a Kindle. It’s a typical government shlock job awarded to the lowest bidder. 100% useless. ### 1/5 — App isn’t even functional *2026-07-01, version 4.1.2* I tried downloading this for the first time to try and get started setting up appointments and just generally review my information. The first thing that pops up when you open the app is the mandatory pin creation screen but when i try to enter a pin the keyboard doesn’t even pull up. My phone is in great condition and the screen works fine. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing works. Like a effective and expiry date somewhere. But that’s ok. The app worked great and helped me with information I needed on bills. Then the update a few days ago:/ I officially cannot view the MyHealth section at all it glitches the app. So I cannot view bill coverage anymore. App is now useless.
