## What is Nvoip App?

Nvoip brings conversations, customer service, and business calling together in one app for teams that need to respond quickly, keep context, and stay available from anywhere.

With Nvoip, you can follow individual conversations and groups, send messages, audio, images, and files, react to and reply to messages, receive notifications, and keep your history synced with your Nvoip account.

For customer service, the app lets you view your conversations, follow queues, take new requests, and continue support without relying on a browser. The experience is designed for daily use, with simple navigation, unread indicators, and organization by contacts, conversations, support, phone, and settings.

For calling, Nvoip works as an integrated phone for voice calls, contacts, and extensions, with call controls such as mute, speaker, keypad, hold, and transfer to available contacts.
