App says my passwords aren’t secure enough. That’s a great feature. The problem is that it will not accept any new password I try to use following all the rules in the pop up message about using letters, numbers, and a limited set of special characters. It works with the old password (which includes a character not in the message list), but will not let me change the password using several different combinations. It also doesn’t help that the app works in several languages, but the descriptions of the changes and all the pointers to help on the website are in Chinese. ### 3/5 — Works but info is in Chinese! *2021-07-17, version 7.0.0* Looks like I’m going to have to learn Mandarin because all the instructions and info is NOT in English. I do not see the language options. Since then, I have not been able to connect to my cameras. Your app says that the device is bound by someone else. Please fix. Former NVSIP also include with PTZ is working on old NVSIP. All of full 16 cameras only view is working, but PTZ control is not working on this mobile device. It just shuts down and goes to my home screen. I have to do this a couple of times before I can get it to load the videos. Other than that I haven’t had any problems. Update I have 3 different systems and this is the oldest of them all yet it is my absolute favorite. It’s easy to add your device and easy to playback footage. You can set it to record motion and all the time. It’s easy to download the specific footage you want to take a closer look at. It neatly organizes all your videos into 10 min clips which is awesome. My only complaint is that I can’t use it for my other systems lol. My 3 boys living with my mother to keep her busy since my fathers recent passing from cancer. For added protection at home my brother and I installed 8 wired bullet cams outside viewing all angles of the house. I live in Ohio and I log into the app and I’m able to see around the house and also keep an eye on my boys when they are outside doing what ever it is they do with friends making sure they not doing anything they aren’t supposed to be doing.
