## What is NVV Mobil?

The NVV-App is the mobile timetable information for all means of transport, such as train, RegioTram, tram, BUS, AST and Mobilfalt in the area of the Nordhessischer VerkehrsVerbund (Stadt and Kreis Kassel, Kreis Waldeck-Frankenberg, Schwalm-Eder-Kreis, Kreis Hersfeld Rotenburg, Werra-Meißner-Kreis, Hann. Münden, Warburg).

Functions:
- Connection information with footpath routing (door to door navigation)
- Simple one-touch search through supporting suggestions
- Favourite function for start, destination and routes
- Departure and arrival board for a specific stop
- Display of traffic information
- Product filters (IC, R, RT, Tram, Bus and AST)
- Display of ambient stops
- Ticket purchase (single tickets, MultiTickets Single, MultiTickets and Hessentickets with payment by direct debit, credit card or mobile phone bill.)
- Calendar of events for Northern Hesse
- Map with the display of trips, stops and points of interest (e.g. leisure destinations)
- Single field search for quick and easy search for connections and information.
- Customizable location favorites (also with photo) for a quick connection query.

Hints:
An active online connection is required to use the timetable information.
No guarantee can be given for the completeness and correctness of the information.
 
In addition to Internet access, the program (app) requires the following authorizations:
 
- Your location: To use "Current position" as start/finish or stops in the area.
 
- Calendar access: To store connection information in the calendar.
To do this, the app must ask for the list of installed calendars.
The app does not read any calendar entries.
 
- Read contact details: In order to transfer an address from your contacts as start/destination as easily as possible, the program has access to the contact data. By selecting a contact, the address stored for this purpose is transferred to the start/finish field. During the connection search, the address specified in the contact is then transferred as the start/destination in the query (the system cannot distinguish whether you have selected the address from the contacts or entered it manually). These authorizations are used exclusively within the mobile device for the purposes described. The call list is not read out by the app.
 
If the purchase via user account no longer works after the update, it may be helpful to reset the user data (tickets - User account settings - Reset).

An sich ist es eine sehr gute App, alles aktuell und die Verspätungen werden angezeigt. Es wäre aber cool wenn auch angezeigt wird, dass der Bus oder die Bahn früher kommt.

### 1/5 — Keine Umstiegszeiten ersichtlich

Ich bin etwas enttäuscht von der App. Seit einigen Monaten schon werden keine Umstiegszeiten mehr angezeigt! In der Fahrplan Übersicht sieht man farblich, dass man irgendwo eine gewisse Zeit auf den nächsten Bus warten muss. Klickt man dann aber auf die gewünscht Verbindung, um sich den genauen Plan anzeigen zu lassen, wird die Umstiegszeit nicht angezeigt! Es sieht so aus, als würde man um 19:15 Uhr an der Haltestelle ankommen und direkt um 19:15 bereits in Verbindung B einsteigen! Absolut nicht hilfreich! Man muss sich erst den Fahrplan der einzelnen Verbindungen anzeigen, um zu sehen, dass man z.B. schon um 19:00 Uhr an der Haltestelle ankommt und bloß B um viertel nach losfährt… total dämlich. Bitte umgehend ändern !!

Hi, 
Seit einiger Zeit werde auf meinem iPhone 8 die Zeiten, die man zum Umsteigen hat nicht mehr angezeigt, früher war das anders.
Suche ich eine Verbindung heraus, bei der ich etwa von einer Tram in einen Bus umsteigen muss, werden mir zunächst mehrere Verbindungen vorgeschlagen, in denen auch farblich erkennbar ist, wie lange welche Fahrt dauert und wie lange man warten muss. Das ist super. Wenn ich dann eine Verbindung auswähle, dann zeigt mir die App zwar die Daten genauer an, aber in dem neuem Diagramm, hier sind die Verbindungen übereinander, sieht es so aus, als folgten sie direkt aufeinander. Jetzt muss ich immer ausrechnen, wie lange ich Zeit habe um umzusteigen. Das war in einer früheren Version anders. Habe ich die App verstellt oder wurde diese Darstellung aus Versehen entfernt?

Haben die App für einen Kurzurlaub in Bad Arolsen genutzt. Sie war uns ein treuer und zuverlässiger Begleiter. Auch den Anrufsammeltaxi-Service haben wir genutzt und es hat wunderbar geklappt.

Das einzige was wir im Vergleich zu unserer heimischen GVH App aus Hannover vermisst haben war die Möglichkeit sich die Linienpläne anzeigen lassen zu können.

Ich nutze die App sowohl für Fahrten im NVV, RMV und den Regiozügen der DB in Hessen und benötige keine weitere App als diese. 
Außerdem sind die Informationen, Anzeigemöglichkeiten und die Bedienung besser als beim DB Navigator oder den RMV Apps. 
Ab und an gibt es mal kleinere Dinge, die verbessert werden könnten. Im allgemeinen ist sie aber die einzige App, die man meiner Meinung nach für den ÖPNV in Hessen benötigt.

Seit dem letzten Update kann man keine Einzelfahrkarten mehr kaufen. Nur noch umständlich über den Ticketkauf und nicht mehr im Fahrplan wie vorher. Er zeigt es an als würde es klappen, aber am Ende hat man kein Ticket. Ich hoffe mir wurden jetzt keine 10 Tickets berechnet die ich nie bekommen habe.

App frisch installiert. Beim Versuch ein NVV- Benutzerkto. zu hinterlegen kommt nur die Meldung „Neuinstallation erforderlich“. Zweimal neuistalliert - keine Änderung 🤨😕. Ich hoffe die Appentwickler checken die Bewertungen…

Es ist schon 'ne ganze Weile her, soweit ich mich erinnere lag das Problem mit der Hinterlegung des Benutzerkontos an einem zu komplexen Passwort für das Konto (an welchen Sonderzeichen es lang weiß ich leider nicht mehr). 
Ansonsten ist die App in Ordnung und das ÖPNV-Netz in Nordhessen hat durch die Regio-Trams echt gewonnen. Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre eine Vollelektrifizierung des Antriebs der R-Trams statt der Stromerzeugung per Dieselgenerator ;-)

### 5/5 — App ist wieder (Patch 5.4.1) vollständig nutzbar

Nachdem mir im Patch 5.3.1 die Zeiten der Verbindungen gar nicht angezeigt wurden, ist dieser Fehler nun behoben und die App lässt sich für mich wieder normal benutzen. Die NVV App ist für mich eine der übersichtlicheren ÖPNV Apps. Deshalb wenn ich 6 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich dies auch tun.
